Solid, Sturdy Squat Block
Good product. It does not slip and provides a solid support. It is quite sturdy. The only reason I give it a four star is that it is a bit expensive for what it is. However, overall I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Reasonable, not perfect. Need more height.
In general, these are what I’d expect for the price. They sturdiness and quality seem fine to me. They don’t actually ramp quite enough for me. The elevation is no higher than a pair of squat shoes, so if that’s your bag, these will work fine. If your mobility is complete garbage like mine thanks to a decade of office work, you’ll need a bit more height to work your way down from.

Sturdy and perfect to pair with X3 bar system.
Got these for my wife and I to assist with front squat form on the X3 system. Standard full size ramps are too long to fit on the baseplate, so these are perfect, and way cheaper than buying lifting shoes for both of us.

Great for elevating your heels during front squats. Especially if you're working around a mobility issue and just want more quad emphasis. Feels more natural than standing on weight plates.
