When we first received the battery and installed it it was at 82%. we plugged it in to get a full charge and when it reached 100%, we unplugged it. left it on and running all day at work and when returned it was still at 100%. As soon as we started to play around on laptop it dropped immediately to 87%. May have just been a coincidence. Need more time to see how it holds up but so far, very happy.
