Minn Kota1866650 Bluetooth i-Pilot Link GPS System Remote

I had to send this product back, because it would not pair with our Power Drive BT Trolling Motor. We would go through the pairing process, but each time it would say, "Motor not found." I was so disappointed. I also wish that I had done more research before I bought it, because I did find out for sure that it wasn't compatible with the Power Drive.Also, I did have to pay a restocking fee, which the seller was very clear about, because that was Amazon policy. Yes, people might complain about it, but that is sometimes the price consumers have to pay for doing business. I would say that having to pay the restocking fee is my fault, because I didn't fully research this Minnkota product before I bought it.I really am sorry it didn't work for us. I wish it had, and I so wish that Minnkota would make a remote that didn't require the AAA batteries that I had to purchase instead, but that's another story.I hope this review helps others.

The product works well but they were so cheap they wouldn't even include a lanyard or a charging cable in the 260 dollar price. So if you're replacing a broken one you'll be alright otherwise order the cord and lanyard right away because good ol bird wouldn't include

It isn't up front, if you order a controller with a rechargeable battery, you would think that the charging cord is included. This is especially true if it is not a universal cord like USB or USB C. Pony up for the cord when you get the controller or you are stuck with a useless little box.

its expensive, first one didn’t last but3 1/2 year so bout $100 a year for a controller that isnt perfect, touch screen always gets bumped and does something I didnt mean to, have a gps/fish finder that works with it ir you wont fet rhe full capabilities out of it.

The rubber seal peal off after a few days of using. They charged me for the return even when they sent me a bad product

Screen froze after charging the unit on the 32nd day of ownership. Contacted Amazon Warranty Division and we will see what happens. Worked fine one time.

Buyer beware!! This remote doesn't work with all trolling motors it only works with very few units is what my boat people are telling me, also it doesn't come with a charging cord. Unfortunately I didn't find this out until it was too late to return it.Do your homework before buying one of these.
