No-brainer for SIBO
I spent three years blowing mucho dinero every month on some diesel probiotics. Renew Life 150 billion count, $60 a pop... you get the idea. Low FODMAP diet did wonders for me, a pro-kinetic (low-dose naltrexone) did wonders for me.... but I was still having SIBO issues. What gives?Well, it turns out most people with a raging case of SIBO should actually be AVOIDING lacto-based probiotics. For most people, yes, they're adding good strains to the gut microbiome. In SIBO, though, they're essentially just adding to the overgrowth. Gas on the fire. No bueno.Had a MASSIVE improvement in symptoms within a few days of switching to this probiotic (well, technically yeast) strain. My symptoms have always manifested as IBS-D. It's taken a long time, but I feel I'm finally past it. This probiotic was the missing piece.And since I've now tried both, I can say that Biotics brand is better than Florastor, cheaper than Florastor and without all the sketchy added ingredient Florastor has.

Good probiotic
This product came to me Dr. recommended. They were a part of a gut healing regiment. Even though, I have been healed , I continue to stay on them for the Probiotics in them. Great product!

I've ordered this probiotic several times and love it. It's high quality as well! Seems to do the job and is reasonably priced.

BIOTICS is not a reliable supplier
This probiotic has helped me enormously. That being said, there have been several times in the last 4 years where this product was NOT available on Amazon. I called the company one of these times and they said they would not list with Amazon again. Yet here they are. How and where will they list in the future? How difficult will it be to get the product? Biotics is just not reliable for a health product that is consumed and bought over and over again.
