Great headphones, foam ear pads are not
These headphones have lasted a year, first few months they started having sound issues where the sound would clip and disconnect randomly. Resetting the headphones saved it a few times but still came back. Finally (last week) the foam broke and spilled out. They lasted a year and 6 months

Great headphones. Bit pricey.
Great headphones if noise cancellation (NC) and battery life is what you are looking for.The NC is fantastic. It has 3 settings: off, low and high. Even on off the headphones themselves do a good job of blocking noise. I don't find an obvious difference between low and high so the following could describe both from my experience. There is a low hiss sound (it's not an uncomfortable sounding hiss) when NC is on but you can't hear it at all unless nothing is playing through the headphones. When NC is on it will turn, for example, the sound of a loud vacuum cleaner into a very low version of itself. Even if people try to talk to you when you have no music coming through you won't be able to hear them.Battery life is great. You get what the product states it can deliver. You also get nice notices from the headphones when the battery life reaches various levels e.g. 80%, 50%, etc. You can turn these notifications off via the Bose App.Sound quality I can't comment with any expertise as I don't own any other headphones in this price range but the quality to me is what I'd expect. Great bass and clear trebles. The Bose App is an app that is used to connect the headphones to your device(s). You can connect two at one time which is great. I have the app for iOS (on my iPad) and Android (on my phone). You can control the headphones from the app if you are bothered but it does allow some configuration options too and is used to update the headphones. Press the update button when it's available and the app will update your headphones. No complaints about the app.All in all, great headphones but a bit pricey in my opinion. 199.99 would be the sweet spot for me. I bought the headphones + stand bundle. I can't comment on the one with built in Alexa support.

The sound of music 🎶
Have seen varying reviews for these. The cost meant that they were a considered purchase and overall I was very impressed. They are the first noise cancelling headphones I’ve bought and to begin with I found this feature excellent. However, after a week or two I noticed that my initial thoughts were a little too eager. Don’t get me wrong, the noise cancellation is very good but you can still hear background noise, especially when outside, though it is somewhat muted. Sound quality is also very good and when you listen to something wonderful like Ennio Morricone it really shows what you’ve been missing with standard headphones. Battery life is incredible. Lasts for hours upon hours and is relatively quick to charge. These are incredibly comfortable and could easily be worn for hours on end without any bother. Nice added touch with the extras included and overall very happy with my purchase.

Best pair of headphones I have owned.
This is my first pair of noise cancelling headphones I had owned, so the experience is new to me. I have to say it works perfectly well.I live on a road where traffic tends to build up so it's nice to have this at hand when the peak hour comes. Sound quality is great, the headphones are very light and well designed to maximize comfort. I used to own Beats headphones a while back but they often made my head hurt from being too tight and on-ear, so the QC35ii's are a relief from me. I have it connected to my iPhone and iPad so far, calling using the headphones is perfectly clear. I also love how they can simultaneously connect to multiple devices at once without having to disconnect and reconnect to the other. This makes it more convenient to my AirPods. Comes with the stand and adapter, which was a nice touch. Great purchase all round, there may be better headphones out there but these are the best I've personally owned and do not plan to switch any time soon. Thank you seller for great value for money and fast shipping!

Great for travel and when you need to focus
Bought these after trying out a pair my colleague owned. I'd been using airpods and the audio was going tinny, plus could hear people around me over my music. These will cancel all ambient noise out and sit quite snug on your head. I'm no audiophile and probably tone deaf but the sound quality to me is great, really punchy on bass but you can pick up some melodies you ordinarily wouldn't hear.Battery is phenomonal. I think I'e gotten about 30 hours usage on one charge, and that was 10 hours travelling and then throughout the workday. Since lockdown they became my default for video calls too and I've had no audio complaints. Charge time is real quick too so you aren't without music for long and they can be plugged in via an aux cable but you lose the noise cancelling.Pairing is quick and easy through the app and they connect up instantly to my devices and then switch to the correct one I'm using whether that is my laptop or phone.

Great product, delivered next day
These are very good. I've been considering Bose headphones for some time and because we're all locked in (including neighbours) it gets noisy when I'm trying to work or just relax, these noise cancelling headphones give me back some serenity!Only two issues, the charger wire could do with being considerably longer than it is (it's only about 20cm) and it could come with a plug too.

Brilliant headphones
Bought these to replace a 16year old pair of Quiet Comfort 2 headphones, which while they still worked perfectly the ear cup support bracket plastic snapped.First, delivery from Amazon couldn't have been better. Ordered on Saturday and delivered (to NI) Sunday afternoon.Everything was included in the package including the headphone stand. At the time of purchase the cost of the headphones at Bose was listed at £299 reduced to £259, £199 at Amazon, and £192 from a supplier fulfilled by Amazon (this option I purchased and included the stand). As for sound quality and noise cancelling? Brilliant. And very comfortable to wear.
