Perfect for my nitroglycerin tabs. And that is exactly what I purchased it for. I did change out the chain to a long, stainless steel ball chain (like a military dog tag chain) Easy to slip over my head!

The chain is to short wish it came with a extender & the medical sign on the capsule don’t show cause when u put the necklace on the medical sign is turned to where you can’t see it’s a medical necklace.

I like the bottom side is plastic for not to dissolve the medication. But the carrier is too small over all to hold portion of medication. Thanks

Its nice only issue is the link the chain hooks to is kinda flimsy, was looking for something i could wear all the time to carry my nitro pills in Cause i have a habit of forgetting, this holds meds fine but don’t think it will hold up to constant wearing, with that said i just take it off when at home.

I like the design that features a white medical cross against the blue finish so first responders will understand what this pill holder is. The quality is great and the seal is watertight. I wear mine in the shower every day, and once a month I check the pills and they are just the same as the day I put them in. I use a longer necklace, replacing the original ball necklace was easy.

Well c'mon guys, no one knows how good this works until someone has a heart attack and we pray they won't. I was dissappointed in the fact the chain is the type of chain used for light fixtures, it supposed to emulate jewelry.

It’s entirely my fault for not reading each and every review. This item is too small to carry two aspirin even if I cut them in half. This was my reason for the purchase. Unlike some buyers I found the machining to be well done (no rust or metal shavings found) however the chain is both too dainty and short for my (male) tastes. Others may like the way catches light. If this product could have stored my two aspirin I would have replaced the chain with one similar to those used on military dog tags.Having no use for this I gave it to my friend, Painter, who is a Smurf. As we a know heart disease is a real issue with Smurfs. It’s those deep fried Smurf-berries! Painter was able get two Smurf sized aspirin in the product and claims the shiny chain makes him feel like a playa.So to conclude, seems to be a quality product and can make a lovely gift for the Smurf in your life.
