Nice size - not too big, but big enough! Good for frying, stove top cooking and oven cooking.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOIDEaziglide rejected their 'warranty' when the non-stick surface came off a pan after only two years of regular use. A photo of the surface was sent to them and they rejected it out of hand saying it had been used on an induction hob and must have got too hot - I dare say that's mentioned in the small print of their 'warranty' but this pan was used in a very normal way - so I would warn you against buying this product or any other with this surface from them

Superb pan , BUT ...I bought this for my daughter a month ago. It cost £54. Now it’s £84. Why?

Purchased one of these from John Lewis on Friday 23 March 18. It was mentioned by JL there is an issue with this pan regarding the leaving of food in it containing salt for prolonged periods (24 hours). I contacted Eaziglide for clarification and the reply has meant that I am now buying a new 28cm casserole, because not only do they advise not leaving food containing salt for prolonged periods but also vinegar and citrus juice. These three ingredients are pretty much integral to many dishes, so I was a bit miffed to find this out having used the pan once, so cannot return it.The food I cooked in the pan was fine the non stick surface worked but due to the warning I have received about salt, vinegar and citrus juices I feel somewhat miffed as no such warning appears on the product packaging.This pan will suit many people and will satisfy most needs but I like to cook certain meals one day then eat them the next, leaving them in my current Anolon pan for the food flavour to mature overnight in the fridge.Whilst a nice product it's not for me

This is an excellent product that only lasts a few months. Emailed and complained and they asked me to send photos. They then told me that I have been using it on high heat so it isn’t covered by guarantee- absolute nonsense - just an excuse to avoid replacement costs. After reading many reviews, I can see that many more customers have exactly the same problem. Not worth the money so simply do not buy
