Messy packets of coffee!!
I like this coffee, have been ordering from Amazon for quite some time. The last 2 orders of 3 bags were rather messy. Looked like an entire pod had been torn open and scattered over the others. And, some of the pods were open. My Bunn Cafe Pour over coffee maker does not use anything but pods, and I do not want to buy another coffee maker. I might have to look elsewhere for pods! This was the loose bags of coffee, not individually wrapped.

Umm yeah, I'm not great at life
Here's the thing.I searched for Dark Kenya AA Dark Roast KCUP. And you gave me this option. I saw that it was sourced from Amazon so I bought it.I'm an idiot first for just choosing the one sourced from Amazon and not reading all the fine print because although I searched for KCUP this is for ANYTHING BUT A KCUP. So that was awesomesauce.I used it like a tea bag though with 196 degree water and all was well.I mean if I tried to use it in the Keurig it wouldn't work. BECAUSE THAT is exactly what the fine print says. But I am clicking too much because of the caffeine and bought the wrong thing.(Btw - works fine if you use it like a tea bag)

my Go To coffee for Senseo!
LOVE IT!! A touch stronger than the 140g Baronet pod that you get in the bag. You MUST use this in the Senseo. We recently bought the Hamilton Beach single cup maker, and this pod does not work. You get hot-brown-water. You need the pressurization of the Senseo to force the water through this pod. Then it's awesome! With the Hamilton Beach maker (which is supposed to be a replacement for the Senseo), it's not pressurized and the water simply goes around the pod rather than through it. Not the coffee's fault though... it's the maker. I can not recommend the Hamilton Beach maker. This coffee is Fantastic in the Senseo though!! Much more flavorful than any of the Senseo branded coffee pods too! Nice and strong!

This coffee tastes like the bag!
I recently purchased an 18-pod pack of Kenya AA (NOT THE THREE PACK). I really liked this coffee. Strong but not bitter and with a wonderful aroma.I liked the 18 pod pack so well, I bought the 3 pack. What a difference. The coffee I had this morning was weak without any aroma. I used the same amount of water that I used 18 times before and put the pod in the same way. I thought that, just maybe, the individually wrapped pods might contain less coffee. That is not the case. In fact, the individually wrapped pods contain 10 grams of coffee and the bulk package contains 7.78 grams per pod. So, it is not the amount of water or coffee. That leads me to two options: the coffee is so old that it has lost its strength, or the packaging material changes the taste of the coffee. I am drawn to the latter conclusion. This coffee tastes like the bag. That may be because the coffee has been in the bag so long that it has drawn an aluminum taste from the packaging. I will attempt to return my 3-pack and purchase the pods in the bulk package of 18 pods. Anyone else have this problem?

Good coffee
I ordered this coffee for my Bunn Single Cup coffee maker. I have been having a terrible time finding coffee pods in the stores and I haven't had luck with the Keurig coffee maker. This coffee is a little bitter but it is strong and has a deep flavor. Certainly a lot cheaper than replacing my coffee machine.

Great coffee, but doesn't work in my pod coffee machine
The coffee has a delicious rich deep flavor that I very much enjoy. However the pods don't seem to conduct hot water well. Whenever I tried making coffee in my Hamilton Beach single-serving pod machine, even with doubled-up pods, the coffee came out quite weak. (Other brands work well in my machine.) My workaround has been to cut open the pods and pour the contents in my coffee press. Perhaps the pods work in other single-serve coffee machines, but certainly not in mine.

Very Pleased
Now that Senseo has dramatically reduced the types of pods you can purchase, this has become my favorite. Pods are quite full and you have to massage the pods to level the grinds out before putting in the machine but in return the large amount of grinds gives a very strong dark roast coffee. I would call it a French roast. I like the individual packaging so the pods stay fresh. Probably not environmentally friendly with all the extra packaging but it is nice to get a strong coffee aroma every time I open a pod.

As expected
If you are looking for a good flavored coffee pod, this is it. For me, Senseo is the best.....strong taste of dark pods between espresso and regular coffee. Baronet was the closest match when Senseo was temporarily out of production. Baronet also has a lot of packaging.
