The customer service for this product is impossible. NO phone number. Order from Flavia.
Love the actual product but this is the second time we received the hot coco with more than half of the packets that have tears at the bottom. It looks like the seams are coming apart/separating in the box. The seller does not list a contact phone or email and Amazon will not cover any damage or product defects. We are basically out $57 and have two actual reams that are not defective. I looked up Flavia online and they sale the product direct at the same price. You can call Flavia directly if you have any problems. Amazon will not even offer a contact method or any guarantee of customer satisfaction. Buyer beware with this particular product. It sucks when you have no recourse at all.

Description wasn't clear enough
The description wasn't clear enough that it was meant for a certain brewer and does not meet my needs. Add to the fact that it is not eligible for returns and I am very disappointed.

Worst tasting product.
This was mistakenly purchased (thought they were individual packets) and can only be used in a Flavia vending set up. Tried it anyway (because they cannot be returned). Worst tasting product I've experienced. Don't know what it is, but it is not a premium hot chocolate.
