Great lights, easy install
Love these light in my 2014 Silverado! Plug and play, no DRL issues. Much brighter and whiter than stock halogens!

Great alternative to cheap HIDs
I installed these in a Ford Fiesta ST and the light they emit looks really great.Very easy to install in tight headlights that do not have enough space for fans/heatsinks.These work well, stay very cool, and have a scatter pattern identical to OEM halogen - but these are much much brighter. The bulbs I received had a color temperature of 6000k.There are nearly identical, higher quality units with Phillips LED (instead of CREE) chips available on Xenon Depot, but they are ~50% more. My recommendation is to get these.I did try using these in my fog light housing, but would recommend against it because they do not have a projector lens on the end of the bulb. If you have projector fog housings, I think you would be fine - but if you have reflector housings, then the light doesn't seem to get very far down the road.

PLEASE READ
well i have to say at first i was a little puzzled on how you were to get the locking retainer to work, the instructions were not clear at tall. there are 2 set screws you have to remove by taking out the gasket, then the screws, and then the collar slides off. you then put the locking collar on and put it back together. the screws are very very tiny, so be careful. ( I would suggest a magnet to keep everything there handy, and you can use the phillips head screw driver better by setting on the magnet and letting it charge to hold the screw to the head) despite the logistics of putting it place, once it is completed they are tucked away very nicely, and are bright. a huge different from OEM lights.I Love LED and think it is the way to go on all replacement light.

Not bad
Low beams arent great but not bad either. The highbeams are awesome. Had to slightly grind my plastic holders down on my sunfire to get them to get past the fan on the back but installation not bad unless u dont know wtf your doing

Give these a try!
I have these installed as Low beam and foglight bulbs in my 2011 Scion xB. VERY simple and easy install. I think these are the best LED bulbs on the market right now. You cant beat the price (believe me I tried!!). If youve been on the fence, give these a try. My car uses projectors for the low beams, so the light pattern is well diffused and doesnt blind on coming traffic.[My lights ARE properly aimed].As for the fogs, the light pattern is not as well controlled, which is to be expected with a reflector housing. The color temperature is pleasing to the eye and not too blue. The throw of the light is much better than halogenSo far, heat doesnt seem to be an issue, as the bulbs with fans are prone to failure.I've included some install shots of the low beams only, comparing the LED to the halogen.

Really bright but has flaws
These lights are bright, I blind everyone and some get mad. I’m not complaining about that tho, I like it. The high beams do not work, it’s pretty much on high to begin with. This was my main problem. Second, installing them on my 2003 Jetta was a bit of work but I made it work. The street signs, markers, etc. are a lot easier to read and see compared to your stock bulbs. There’s not much distance to these bulbs which is what I wanted. I get more light going upward and to the sides rather than distance. (Yes, my headlights are adjusted if you were wondering.)

It was a good life, but too short again!!!
Well I purchased these back near the end of March 2016 and the date at time of their death was 9:01pm May the 21st, 2016. OK so maybe only one died, but looks silly with two different styles of bulbs in the front, so I had to remove both a time that time. Replaced with Silver light Ultra as was the bulb of choice prior to trying get led's. This was the second pair of led's I've tried within a year. I guess they don't like Chevy 2500HD's very much. I work construction and drive over rough roads sometimes unpaved, so not sure exactly cause of their early departure. I will however tell you when I removed the working bulb it was extremely warm, so maybe heat is the issue since the dust cap stops any heat from escaping? If you read this review and have a similar vehicle with dust caps and you know of a bulb that would take the public ishment better, please leave a comment. I do like the led look, but the replacing 2-3 times a year just costs too much. Oh and the 1st set of led's were Sirus brand, so they are out as well. Thanks Amazon for the service.

Works with 2004 Dodge Caravan
Four Star based on performance for the price, not in comparison with higher end LED lamps. Some notes;1. Claim for brightness is from stock halogen lights. Compared to after market halogen like the Sylvania Silver Star they might be marginally brighter but it's very close. Wanted to try these as the Silver Stars only last about 4-6 months in my van. So far at 7 months still working.2. They are slightly noisy but only when stopped.3. On the 2004 Dodge Caravan, the retaining ring for the original bulb will not fit over the fan housing of the LED unit. A successful work around is to carefully cut the ring with a very thin hobby saw blade like Xacto brand. This will allow you to gently spread the ring over the housing and hold the lamps in place. The split ring holds the lamps snugly without any movement but it is important to use a very thin blade. A standard hack saw blade will be to thick.4. They do work with my 2004 Caravan and the Daytime Running lights operate normally without the need for any additional anti flicker harness.5. The cutoff is adequate for the price point but not that sharp as with some of the higher end LED.6. You will need to check alignment after installation because it does change
