Great chair!
I have this chair at the office I work at and it is so comfortable! I had to have one for my home office. It was so easy to put together. Great back support! It’s a great value for the money as it’s well made.

I finally found a chair that works for me.
The chair came quickly. The assembly was very easy. Came with an assembly tool which I thought was very good. Very comfortable. I'm a very large man. The last two chairs the Piston died and the chair would go down by itself. This chair the lowest setting is the same height as the other chairs at the regular height. I have no worries about it going down. Very sturdy chair. The back of the chair brace is very sturdy steel brace. The seat is very comfortable and roomy. The armrests are adjustable. And the tension for the tilt works very well. I like mine stiff so I don't go back too fast. The bottom cushion is very thick and comfortable. I would recommend it for a person that's 300 lb. I am 6 ft tall and have plenty of room in the seat and back. Also the adjustable lumbar brace is adjustable up and down to fit your back.

DO NOT SET THE BACK TO "FIXED" POSITION.
I guarantee you you'll tear the metal base the first time you lean back against it.The seat is wicked hard, but a good quality (and not necessarily expensive) sciatica pillow will fix that.Otherwise, for the money, it's the best thing I've found.

Don’t waste your money.
The media could not be loaded. Extremely low quality and misleading advertising. I am 6’9 and weight about 220 lbs and need to get large chairs due to my height. I am, however, significantly lighter than the maximum weight capacity. After about 3 months the chair started wearing out/sagging/wobbling. The cylinder of the chair pushes into the seat (and tailbone) and causes extreme discomfort and pain. I’ve attempted to reach out the the vendor numerous times and they have only ever asked for photo evidence. None of these issues are apparent in photos, only videos, and the vender will not accept video proof. I also purchased an extended warranty through Allstate when purchasing the chair. When I attempted to file a claim, Allstate stated that the chairs was still under the manufacturer warranty and refused to help. The vendor claims that their warranty is expired. All in all this is a super shady vender and a terrible product.

fits the momma butt!
Was looking for a sturdy office chair to work from home, and found this one. Rated at 400lb weight limit, I knew the size would be perfect for my shape. The seat is comfy and easy on my back. The mesh back is comfortable and I am thankful for the variable height lumbar support. The seat depth is great as well and my legs are well supported as I sit for long hours. Only thing I am missing with this chair is the ability to angle the seat base, so that my legs are a little more lifted in the front, but I don't feel as if I am sliding down, so that is an acceptable thing to not have. I use it as a task chair and didn't install the arms on it, but my roommate also bought this chair and she loves the arms on it. Good price for what you get, I was afraid I'd have to spend at least $300, so was very happy with this purchase. It will last me for several years, I am sure. :)

Not especially durable and needs to be considered a "replenishable" item
I needed a desk chair which would support my 320 pounds, and this one seemed like what I needed. Useful weight limit was high, the chair was large enough that I could be comfortable in it, and it was inexpensive. I've been using this chair for about two and a half years and it's now showing signs of failure. The seat was beginning to feel loose so I turned it over thinking I needed to tighten some screws and several pieces of broken metal fell out of the chair and onto my chair mat. (The screws were still tight.) It is now quickly becoming increasingly wobbly and the piston is working it's way through the seat (which decidedly drops the comfort rating). I expect it to dump me today or tomorrow. I would be much more disappointed if I had paid more for it, but someone once said "you get what you pay for." :D If you purchase this chair, it should probably be done with the understanding that it is an item which will need to be replaced not too far down the road--even a "replenishable" item.

Much better than my old gaming chair.
First of all, never buy a gaming chair, ugh.. I should have known better. My last chair was seriously hurting my rear and giving me back problems. I tried all kinds of gel cushions, pillows, etc. Finally had enough and decided to buy a new one. Looked at several options and read all kinds of helpful reviews and figured I'd try my luck with this one. I'm 5'11" 330lbs, chair holds me just fine. Gas shock stays put, plenty of leg room, very comfortable seat for extended sitting. Only thing I did not like was the arm rest. I knew this before I purchased the chair. I use some aftermarket padded arm rest covers so it always feels nice and kushy on the arms.. AHHH, love it. Not only am I going to 5 star this chair, I am adding it to my wish list for future purchases. I'd like to get a couple more for the house. One for the study, one for the game room, and one for my wife's desk.
