These are nice flavour magnesium effervescent tablets. Disolves very fast.

Help with my cramp better than solid swallow tablets. Taste ok, could be worse. I take them at night and have reduced my night cramps.

After 2 or three weeks taking these tablets my atrial fibrillation symptoms have improved enough for me to ditch my inhaler.NB These tablets have been a great help, they are NOT a cure.

This was the first time I had used this supplier. They initially sent me multivitamins instead of magnesium by mistake - hower they immediately sent me magnesium when I notified them. I was impressed with their efficiency and the speed of delivery, considering they come from Germany.The magnesium itself is very palatable, and I will be using this supplier in future now as my previous effervescent magnesium can no longer be shipped to me in France.I would certainly recommend.

Wow. Ordered this only a few days ago. Also made a request for a mixed variety which the seller was more than happy to do. Again, i made an enquiry about a personalised order expecting the usual 48 hour response but had one w8thing 20 mins. Communication was extremely clear and efficient.I have used rhe magnesium tablets for years. Infact being a born german have used it most of my life. Swear by them! I have also used the other mixed variety items and would also recommend. It almost seems insane you cant easily access rhis kind of vitamin selection in the uk. Very greatfull i can have them sent directly. Deff recommend. Also a great way to maintain hydration.
