South Shore Cotton Candy 3-Drawer Dresser with Baskets, Pure White

Ok, here is the skinny:I am 5 months pregnant and built this in 2 hours by myself with a 4 year old running around me. The hardware and parts are all very clearly labeled, no missing pieces and no misaligned holes. I will say it is a LOT of assembly, more than an Ikea dresser, but the instructions were reasonably clear (only picture instructions for the most part) and the hardware is packaged into separate bags for each portion of the dresser vs one giant bag. The only issue I had was that the pictures in the instruction booklet do not clearly note which side/direction the piece is supposed to go. For example, some pieces have finish on one side and there is no shading to indicate which side you should be working with in the pictures. Overall, it was doable with one person. No power tools needed, just a screw driver and a hammer.The drawer bottoms do NOT support much weight. We are using it for baby clothing so not too worried about it. But I wouldn't use it for adult denim or anything heavy.Overall, the finished product is lovely :) I would recommend it to a friend and I would certainly buy it again.

I got this because it was affordable and it looked like a super functional piece of nursery furniture that matched my boy’s grey crib and I could use as a changing table. It’s been an awesome piece of kid furniture so far. I replaced the baskets with bigger ones to maximize the space in the cubbies for diapers and wipes. It’s the perfect height for me to comfortably change him - I am 5’9.The structural integrity is much to be desired.. the legs are made of plywood as extensions of the side boards. I learned the hard way when I moved the dresser to its resting spot and cracked its leg off. We had to put metal braces to reinforce it - luckily it’s the back one that no one can see. Also came with a damaged top corner out of the box.

The color on this dresser is awesome. The deminsions worked out perfectly for the space I have. It comes very well packaged so you will have a ton of cardboard to get rid of. I think my only real complaint is that the screws for the drawer knobs are not quite long enough. They will go through the drawer and into the knob but only by a turn or two and I managed to strip the threads from the first knob since they don't get good thread engagement. I took it a little easier on the others but I know over time they will get loose. I could simply replace with longer screws so not that big of a deal. Assembly is a little tedious but not too complicated and comes with pretty good instructions. I'm happy with it overall.

I was skeptical when I first purchased this dresser as it looked kind of flimsy in the picture. Of course it was delivered fast. It was relatively easy to assemble but LOTS of pieces so be prepared with hammer (has finishing nails) and screwdriver. However, I assembled this by myself at 7 months pregnant, so it wasnt too bad.Once completed, I was very surprised/impressed by the sturdiness. It was also the perfect height to double as a changing station for my baby. Great value. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this as baby shower gift and it arrived with a couple of pieces damaged. Couldn’t get anyone from manufacturing company to even take email when trying to just get damaged pieces replaced. Amazon tries to help, but best they could do is replace entire dresser and I already had it over halfway assembled. Also wouldn’t get replacement in time. They did refund a part of the amount I paid. Was super disappointed because it is a cute piece, just cheap wood.

Great purchase for the price. The directions aren’t the best but doable.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the dresser. The first time I ordered it, five pieces came broken. I sent it back and got a replacement in no time, but the 2nd dresser had more broken parts. I think it’s a beautiful piece of furniture, but it’s so heavy (90+lb) that the package should be more sturdy Or maybe even separate into two boxes. All parts are packed in a cheap box that arrives all ripped. we did not reorder it again!

For the price, this is a great piece of furniture. It is not as sturdy as something higher end, but since most designer dressers can reach up to $2000, this piece is a steal for what you get. It has the potential to personalize the knobs, painting the drawers, baskets or not in the shelving area, and can easily become a baby changing table by adding a topper pad. I am happy with this piece. Unfortunately, it first arrived damaged, but amazon quickly sent a replacement.

Purchased for my granddaughter, who is 4. She and her mom were able to this put together very quickly. Think it was less than an hour after it arrived. Daughter says it is big, sturdy and gorgeous. 5 stars. Seeing the video of granddaughter hammering the back on with a hammer almost as big as she is was amazing. Great item. Great memories already. Highly recommend. Love South Shore. Have never been disappointed.

Loved the product but one of the wooden panels was cracked when it arrived. Contacted the manufacturer and they immediately shipped out a replacement part. It was super easy to get done and took very little effort on my part (I just had to fill out a form online, didn’t even need to call)! The dresser itself is exactly what I wanted and I will definitely buy again from them!

First of all this is SUPER cute. It is very heavy and seems very sturdy which is great.The product did come with some minor damage, which was disappointing but I will probably touch it up with a white paint pen to make it less noticeable. The instructions i found to be very unclear and confusing. There was just a lot going on with 0 description. All in all I do love this dresser/change table and I am excited for my baby to come to put it into use!

Came in perfect condition, no scratches or dents. No missing pieces. Super easy to assemble (similar to Ikea). The baskets are smaller than the space that holds them, I knew this ahead of time and it was not an issue for me, I'll just replace with bigger ones later on. I bought new knobs as the white ones that come with it make it look cheap. Drawers are spacious and open and close smoothly.Overall super happy with the purchase and would recommend!
