1 Dud out of 6
These bulbs are touted as Commercial Grade... which in my mind means install it and forget it.I installed these 6 bulbs in a room with 6 ceiling flood light cans. After 2 hours of use... one of the 6 went dead. I was able to replace the bad bulb with an extra from another equal 6 pack I bought. Fixed.Sent note to Seller via Amazon and was issued a credit for 1/6th of my purchase. Thank You very much.Hoping the remaining bulbs serve for their stated longevity. I wish I didn't have to feel like I need to keep my fingers crossed.

The BEST LED Short neck Par30 that is CLOSEST to classic good-looking halogen Par30 I could find.
[USED FOR TWO MONTHS] This is the only one and the perfect one I found on online and offline that DOES ITS JOB after researching and trying for quite some time.I needed to replace my end-of-life halogen short-neck par30, like many do from time to time. I want to find a good replacement because I have many of them throughout the house for recessed CAN lights and lights need to be consistent. I have to go with LED because no one wants to change so many light bulbs every 1 or 2 years. However the several LED par30 ones I tried all had light coming out just from a small LED element from the center area of the bulb, which doesn’t look good like the halogen ones, as halogen ones have light coming out evenly from the bulb. Unfortunately I don’t have pics now but I was disappointed about LED ones and almost fell back to the halogen ones because halogen ones look much much nicer. Finally I found these commercial grade ones - they are as stylish as the halogen one (I compare side to side and they just feel the exact same - I can’t even tell) but they are LED. The best part is that their life seems to be almost twice (40,000 hr vs 25,000 hr) as other LED ones on Amazon but the price per bulb is the same, if not cheaper. Other factors like dimming, CRI at 85, 60 degree beam angle are also as good as others without any drawback. My only concern was that I saw some review mentioned that it has a strobe effect so I tried it and didn’t seem to have it on me or my wife. So I guess it is different from person to person and I’d say try it to be 100% sure. For me this is basically the ideal LED replacement for a halogen short-neck par30. I will get more of this when more of my halogen ones are dead. Super happy about it so far!

Pretty good LED flood light bulbs
I'm generally happy with these, although I read too much into the description of 75W equivalent. It says clearly that they are 9 watt, which is somewhere between 65W and 70W equivalent. They are not as bright as some other 11 watt LEDs I use, which are also rated as 75W equivalent. I like the wide angle flood though. The 4100K might be a slight exaggeration, they seem a little warmer than that, again compared to some other 4100K LEDs. But not too warm for what I need. These truly are short neck so don't get them if you don't want your bulbs too far recessed in a fixture.

Great bulbs!
The bulbs are the best LED floods I've tried. They are solidly built, with good brightness and warm color. Plus, THEY REALLY DO DIM PROPERLY!!! My only complaint would be that I needed 7, but they only come in boxes of 6... sure wish I could order just 1 or 2.

Creep show lights
On the plus side, these lights are bright and flicker less than other brands of LED lights I have tried (I have yet to find one which never flickers). At full brightness, they are OK but a little harsher than the other 2700K LEDs we have. If you dim them, the room looks like the set of a horror film. It's lurid, and while our eyes adjust somewhat after 15 minutes, it never becomes pleasant. They did not initially fit into our recessed cans and I had to bend the back of each can to fit them. The glass envelope is a nice touch, but I don't see how it is an improvement over plastic other than recycling ability.

Replacing the non-led lights in the home with these...good move!
The price of the led version of our 'can' halogen lights finally got to a reasonable range...so we started replacing the old with the new; can't wait for the rest of the old halogens to burn out. No duds yet...and no premature burn outs either. Will order another case when the 12th halogen bulb burns out. Glad we made the switch.

Light quality and build quality for a fair price, dims well
A nice LED replacement for the house that handles dimming well and has a comfortable color temperature for regular indoor use. They feel well made and robust and haven't had any fail since installing a couple dozen of them ~18 months ago. Ones on dimmers dim smoothly across the whole range. Even have a couple mounted outside the building (CA climate, admittedly) that also have no problems.

Smaller than expected.
Should pay closer attention to the type. Won’t work in what i consider a standard flood fixture.

Don’t last 40000 hours, not even close
Do the math. 40000 hours is almost 4.5 years. If left on full time. So these should last 9plus years as casual use. 5 of our 7 lights all conked out the same day 2 years after use.If they didn’t say over 40000 hours of use I wouldn’t be leaving a bad review because 2 years is pretty good for lights. But update your description to not be such an exaggerated amount. It’s misleading.

Durable and Good Price
I needed this type of bulb for some track lightning that had a metal spring clip to hold the bulb in a mounting ring. The glass and metal body of the bulb worked perfect. The bulb body is strong enough to fit in the ring and the bulb is bright and doesn't flicker. The packaging was also good and secured the bulbs in the box. Great product.

Top Quality LED Bulbs
This is a great deal for LED (PAR30) pot lights. First off, you will not find LED lights at any hardware store at this price per bulb. Secondly, short neck bulbs are hard to find these days as halogen lights, let alone as a LED light. Thirdly, the color (3000k) and light output match my other bulbs and use less energy than a halogen bulb. Finally, I have installed one outside to see how it does in the cold; I live in a climate where the temperature can drop past -30 degrees Celsius at night. So far these bulbs have worked great and I will be purchasing more as I replace my burnt out halogen bulbs. (UPDATE after 6 months of purchase) The light that was installed outside is still working, even in extremely cold conditions; I will be purchasing more to replace the rest of the halogen bulbs.

Good!
They all worked out of the box and their output was consistent. Been running them for a month or so in our kitchen and they are still going strong. If I had to purchase again, I would have gone with the 2700 color temp since the family seems to like that better. Excellent purchase though and would buy again. A-1!

Amazon for the win
Great value for money, at the store the Philips brand ones are about $14 each compared to $8 for these obese, so far have not had to replace any
