SANRIO Hello Kitty ABS Molded Luggage with Embossing Hard Case Black

I was a little reluctant to purchase since I saw some reviews about items coming scratched. When I received it I noticed the back had some scratched but then I noticed it was a protective firm, which isn't the easiest to get off around the handle. So if the back is matte, then it still have the protective film on it. Suitcase looks great and my daughter loves it.

When I first received this item, the back looked scratched coming out of the box. at first I was a little annoyed but they have put a sticker to let you know it is a protective plastic wrap that you can pull easily.The site is perfect if you are flying Spirit or Frontier, and for its size, it is very spacious.It comes with gold stickers to put in the bow. Totally adorable!

Bought this for a Christmas present for my daughter. Super cute she loves it. But the first trip we took with it the top handle came off or should I say broke off the outer casing of the suitcase. It’s basically destroyed. The plastic is so thin the handle ripped a big hole in the top of the suitcase. Unfortunately it is way out of warranty so beware, it’s cute but has poor build quality.

Very cute. Perfect for a carry on or if your taking a small trip. May be a better suitcase for a kid, but I bought it for me and I love it. Great quality and it’s super durable.

I loved how cute and compact it was. small enough to fit under the airplane seat as a “personal item”. We had a good run, but after 4 months the strap broke off (see photo) as I was carrying it while getting off the train! Also, the wheels only roll in one direction, unlike many other luggages. I didn’t care because other luggage were not HELLO KITTY shaped! But sadly due to the strap breaking, I will have to replace it. I’m just going to go for quality over cuteness this time, because it was embarrassing to drop my luggage when the strap broke off. Don’t want that happening again… RIP to my most adorable suitcase. I am technically still using it (carrying it by the roller handle) but it looks ratchet and doesn’t feel stable so I’m going to throw it away and replace with a sturdier luggage.

Super cute design but it arrived with the sides and back all scuffed up and with scratches. It almost looks as though it’s been pre used. 😞
