First review January 2018Use by date 3 months from arrival date so it should have been advertised as such. Other makes had been well over a year. As I already have BCAA in my protein powder these are only for non-gym days and so returned as of no use to me. See comment below from manufacturer. They provided good communication via email throughout and I am very pleased with their customer service.Regarding the BCAA product.I have used them for 2 months and have found them to be no different than the alternative I’ve used which were from Iron Labs Nutrition.In my view it all comes down to value for money and to a lesser extent, ease of use.They are on the large size (because of the large dose) but I find them OK. They do split along a reasonable straight line if you use a good knife and it takes only a couple of minutes to split a pile of them. Once split they do not disintegrate and each half is approximately 750 mg (Iron Labs are 600mg).This means you are not restricted to the 1500mg single tab dose. It would be nice if they were pre-scored for snapping.At today’s price:Iron Ore are £17.99 for 360 half tabs at 750mg each (5p each)Iron Labs are £11.99 for 120 tabs at 600mg each (8.5p each)Once finished the container is just the size for Creatine powder. Easy to get your hand in with a good screw top, removable label and sunlight proof.

These are fantastic, I've purchased them multiple times before to atest to the fact.- high mg per tablet so I only need to take 2 tablets to get the stated dosage. You don't need to swallow down loads of tablets unlike other brands with fancy marketing!- derived from vegan source.- Easy to swallow for me... wash down with water.- Fantastic price, plenty of tablets in the tub, lasts a long time.

Been looking for something to ease muscle soreness as I am trying to maximise the amount of workouts I can do per week and these did the trick. Took 2 after a workout and did reduce DOM’s. Easy to swallow and don’t taste bitter and work as they say they will. Very impressed with this product.

These don't taste too bitter and they're easy to chew up, this is the third tub of this product i've purchased as i work in a very demanding job and these help with recovery and strength.

Before taking this I'd have serious issues with doing heavy weight at the gym then going to work straight after. Since taking these my recovery time has dropped, I'm not sure if it's just my muscles getting used to my workout or if the actually work. The don't get rid of muscle aches or pain just reduce it enough to be able to work other muscle groups without discomfort.

I’ve been using them in a morning whilst doing sprints on an empty stomach and I definitely feel they’ve made a difference to maintaining muscle.Packaging and postage was first class. I’m chuffed, but the real test will be next month when I plan the coast2coast cycle and these will hopefully keep me ticking over.Thank you!

This is not as good as the other reviews have made out. I still feel sore the following day after pumping heavy weights. I do however, feel I can lift more weight and for longer. Therefore I have given this three stars as it is OK. I don't think I will be buying it again though.

First BCAA I have ever purchased and I couldn't be happier. I have a pill as soon as I wake up before my workout and 1 before I go to bed. The difference is massive for me so far, I'm a lot less sore after workouts and having one before my workout helps me get that little bit more out of it. Bonus is how two a day lasts for three months which is amazing value, very happy customer!
