Cuts well
The disc supplied with my electric tile cutter was a bit course and was chipping the tiles. This did a much better job

Red Yonder
In a moment of madness, our daughter who has a new build house in Macclesfield took up the flags and turf that the builders had put down. She bought some ferociously large and heavy flags/tiles to replace them. One flagger came to take a look and wanted a ferocious amount of money to lay them but couldn't start until October and another came who wanted a double ferocious amount of money and could not say when he could start. She thus faced the prospect at staring at mud until the autumn at the earliest. In the next bout of madness, Duncurin offered to help her lay a few.I knew at the very least that I'd need a new blade. I chose this because of its emphasis on thinness. In truth it is no thinner than the Bosch blade I used for some tiling in my Victrex cutter. My Ferm cutter (both previously reviewed) is larger and needs a larger blade.Cutting the floor tiles was a nightmare. My wife had to help me feed them through and water went everywhere. We even had to remove the guard as the weight of the tiles stuck at this point as it went around the blade and the guard.Time and time again, the motor stalled with that terrible buzzing just before, hopefully, the cutout kicks in and time and time again we had to reverse the tile to restart the motor.I remember the Bosch blade seemed to cut straight through but please note we are not comparing like with like. The wall tiles though hexagonal were much smaller and also thinner. These tiles are massive. The slightest yawing causes the motor to jam and of course I suspect that the job was simply too much for my Ferm cutter and slow progress may have nothing to do with the blade. My instinct was to award this blade 4 stars and leave it at that. One cut, however, sticks in my memory. We had cut a tile in half and found that it was just too wide. We fed it through once again and took 2mm off the entire edge of it (60cms) This came off beautifully, accurately and incredibly in one piece. I am sorry I don't have a photo of it. Given then, if the conditions are right this blade is capable of performing cuts like those and 5 stars seems more appropriate.Photo shows blade in situ on the deck of the wet cutter and a newly cut tile next to it and also a couple of nice cuts going round the corner - please note the circular cut was fashioned using a Morgans angle grinder also as previously reviewed.

22 years tiling
First class blade. Through standard porcelain like butter today. See how it gets on with some tougher grade. So far very good. Very clean cutting

Does the job at a very good price!
I don’t normally go out of my way to write a review but strongly felt this product needed one.I was a little sceptical at first considering other known branded products are twice the price. However, I decided to go with this thinking I could buy a second one if need be at this price. After doing 40 straight cuts through 20mm thick 600x600 porcelain slabs and round cuts (which count as much more!) around gutter covers it’s still the same as the first cut!; great!!At first I used water but quickly went on to dry cuts and there was very little difference(perhaps a little more smoother with water but then there’s the mess and I was using an electric grinder😖).Use a proper mask and eye protection!!I have only tried this on the one quality of slabs at the moment but I won’t hesitate to try it again on the next project and buy another one when this one eventually fails.I can’t comment on how the quality of cuts from this product would compare to another more expensive brand but the f you want to get the job done and know how much money can get wasted on cutting porcelain then I highly recommend it!

Great Purchase
I bought the product to cut 20mm thick patio slabs. Influenced mainly by the price and the positive reviews I wanted to find out for myself how the product performed.I used it in a basic 230mm electric grinder forming a shallow groove along the marked cutting line with a dry cut then poured a little water into the groove before cutting stress relieve points at both ends of the cutting line then proceeded to deepen the cut with a few passes of the blade along its length and applying water as necessary to avoid dust and the blade throwing out sparks. The blade cut accurately, efficiently and cleanly leaving a professional finish. In all I cut approx 25m of porcellain slabs. The blade was cutting as well at the end of the job as it was at the start. All in all I was delighted with the product - it was reasonably priced, it performed well and it still had plenty of life in it for future use.

worked absolutely fine
Was a little skeptical about buying a brand I had never heard of but took a punt on it. worked a treat, absolutely breezed through a bathrooms worth of tiling, many cuts, no issues at all. worked a lot better and made a neater cut than the blade that came with my wet tile cutter.
