Informative and an easy read. Good information on what to do and how to do it. It was worth the money.

nice book to start in the business of etiquette consulting. It's generic and give you the basic tools to start learning more about it. It focuses a lot on corporate etiquette then everything else. There are just a few pages on dining etiquette and social etiquette but it gives yo further books to read on the subject!
