Don't try and run 240 motors with this set up.
This thing is EXACTLY what I needed. I have a Honda 2200 that I love, but it doesn't have 240 volts. I have a properly installed emergency generator 240 plug installed on my house which goes to a 100 amp sub panel, for which a linked breaker switch disconnects the panel from house electricity when I flip it to the receptacle. This adapter cord allows both 'legs' in the sub panel to be energized, so everything on 120 volt works fine. WARNING: I would not try to use anything with a 240 volt motor with this. I have my well on the sub panel, but I will always shut it off before using this adapter cord. My generator isn't big enough anyway. If a 240 motor only gets X leg, and not Y, the motor probably won't run and it will burn out. Two X's do not necessarily make an X and a Y. It was explained to me by an electrician, but all I heard was 'blah blah blah..' The two legs are not the same. It may work, but I won't even chance it. I burned out a well pump a long time ago when 1 leg was disconnected.

Great adapter for 110v generators
I have a Honda EU2200i that I wanted to use to power my boiler, refrigerator, and some lights in case of a power outage. I bought the Honda because it is quiet, small, and portable and also puts out 18.3 amps which is enough to power what I need. I wanted to install the standard 30 amp power inlet box in case I ever wanted to connect a larger generator. I installed an interlock in my panel as that option allows you to feed the entire panel, unlike some transfer switches with a limited number of circuits. This adapter allows me to connect my generator which only puts out 110v but I can now power both legs in my panel so that I can use any of the 110v circuits. You won’t be able to use any 220v circuits with a 110v generator. I could have made an adapter but this one is all molded and is actually pretty good quality. This adapter supplies power to both wires in the standard L14-30 style plug so that you are feeding both legs in your panel.

For generator only
Works great if you’re connecting it to two 5-15 outlets on an outside generator. Doesn’t have many applications outside of this.

HELP!!! I want to connect my Rainier R2200i to house Reliance Transfer switch w/ Parkworld 886115
I inquired with Parkworld regarding this application to ensure its safety... with photos attached."Hello Parkworld,I just purchased your Parkworld 886115 Combiner, Household (2) 5-15 Plug Male to Generator Twist Lock L14-30 Receptacle Female Y Adapter Cord to connect my brand new Rainier generator to my newly installed (Reliance Controls 31410CRK Pro/Tran 10-Circuit 30 Amp Generator Transfer Switch Kit)I am hoping I can plug both ends of your Parkworld 886115 Combiner into the (2) 120 v AC outlets to Safely run my limited house power, or is this an incorrect use of the cable which could cause injury to me, my home or the new Rainier generator? Please advise."Jessie at Parkworld quickly and kindly responded (below)...Though I am still a bit confused."Yes, we'll be safe If we use it correctly.Base on your descriptions and pictures you provided, you should in need of a 30A 250V input. But your Rainier generator is output 15A, 120V,1800Watts, if you want to get 30A 250V power, you need to connect both two Rainier gereators with using Parkworld 886115 cord.If you only use one Rainier gereator to connect to your (Reliance Controls 31410CRK Pro/Tran 10-Circuit 30 Amp Generator Transfer Switch Kit), that will be only get 15A, 250V. I'm not sure if the power is enough for you."Q - My question and request for Help...I am not an electrician and am requesting clarification that this is a proper/SAFE application of the Parkworld 886115 plug? Prior to attempting.

Was hard to find, but works perfectly.
I bought some off-grid land with a cabin wired with two 120v circuits that joined to plug into the 220v socket of a generator. I mounted solar panels, laid a battery bank and charger and bought a 5,000w pure sine inverter. But I needed to get the power from the two 110v outlets on the inverter into a female L14-30 receptacle. I went to a number of hardware outlets and even two industrial supply shops looking for an adapter to no avail. I actually bought the wiring and a L14-socket from Home Depot with intentions of building my own, when a vendor I had bought a product from referred me to Parkworld supply. Now I'm all set. WW3, Planet X, whatever. At 1300 ft. overlooking the Arkansas Ozarks, overrun with Whitetail deer, just above the Buffalo River and National Reserve, I mounted a sign at the entrance to my homestead, which reads: Ark of Oz.

Does not work on the Predator 4000 generator
This product is unquestionably well constructed. If it works for your generator, then I think this is a great investment for you. There are plenty of folks who have said this works for them. However, if you have a Predator, this product will pop the GCFI outlet immediately. Even if there is no load on the circuit. I even tried to connect this to two separate generators and it still popped the GFCI circuit on the Predator. This is a great concept, I just wish it worked for my generator.

Durable heavy duty cable and works great
I use this to go from two 120v outs on my generator to a single 120v 30amp connector which plugs into a transfer panel. Works great on the 2-3 times I have had to use it.

Does not work to combine 2 house outlets to RV.
Does not combine 2 (110v 25amp) house outlets. It only works when 1 outlet is plugged in. :( Breaker trips when 2 outlets on separate circuits are used even when RV is off. Very disappointed with this product. Tried multiple times and nothing works except one cord at a time.

Exactly as pictured.
This product arrived quickly and was exactly what I was looking for, to allow my generator without a 220v out to use a 220v line.
