Excellent Wrist Support for Cricket and Padel - A Game Changer!
I recently bought the Bearhug Twin Pack Wrist Supports, and they’ve made a massive difference in my sports performance and recovery. As someone who plays both cricket and padel, I’ve struggled with wrist pain during and after games, but these supports have been a game changer. The compression is just right—firm enough to offer excellent support, but still comfortable to wear for long periods. They’re easy to adjust, and the material is breathable, which is a huge plus, especially during long matches. I’ve worn them while batting and bowling in cricket, as well as during intense padel sessions, and they really help reduce strain on my wrists, allowing me to play with more confidence and less discomfort. The twin pack is great value for money, and I love that I have a spare to keep in my sports bag at all times. If you’re dealing with wrist issues or just want to prevent strain, especially in sports like cricket or padel, these Bearhug wrist supports are a must-have! Highly recommend for any active player looking for quality wrist protection and support.

In between sizes? GO LARGER!
I was between sizes which wasn't helped by Bearhugs size recommendations which, depending where you look, state both 'go smaller' and 'go larger'! I went with smaller and they were uncomfortably tight, the box by the way states 'go larger'. Ordered the larger size and they provided support/compression whilst being comfortable to wear so my advice is to go larger if between sizes.I have used these a few times and they have provided support/relief to my wrists which can get aggravated when performing tasks/exercises that can place strain/cause me to flex my wrists. I don't know if this is through support, compression or simply reminding me not to flex too much or a combination of all three. What I do know is they seem to work without being a hindrance. They are also well made and look like exercise wrist bands which is a bonus. Two months on and they appear to be making a positive difference.

Good support
I like the support for my wrists.Needed different sizes as sometimes one wrists swells up more than the other one.So this works out well for me.

Feels soft but not that supportive for me
I ordered small. My wrist is 15cm and size small is for 15-17cm. I am a 5’4Slim athletic female. So given this is the smallest size I would say this product is not aimed at women like me as although is is nice and soft and comfortable, it doesn’t actually provide much in the way of support. Partly due to the design which makes each end the tightest. It is probably helpful as a general support for workouts if you haven’t already strained your wrist. I will use it underneath a more substantial neoprene wrap support as those get a bit sweaty.

Brilliant support
Just wanted to give some credit to bearhug 😁. I broke my wrist (fractured distal radius) three months ago on a nasty black graded downhill bike trail😞. The doctors gave me a splint to wear for 4 weeks then I moved onto a bearhug wrist support. I got the two pack so I could alternate. For 3 weeks after taking the splint off I wore my bearhug most of the day and night just taking it off now and again then started wearing it only for work. Well, yesterday,3 months since the break, I got back on the bike up the local downhill trails. No issues at all, full send 🤟. I reckon the bearhug has helped massively in the healing of my wrist and I'm buzzing to be back out on the bike. 😎🚵👍

Brilliant support
With arthritis, I was looking for inconspicuous support to help me continue to play golf which with no support is very painful. This support is absolutely superb, I can play relatively pain-free and have also started to use it whilst doing gardening and DIY with the same results. I bought another straight away and will probably get another to make sure I will never not have one to hand.

Surpassed all my expectations! Excellent CrossFit support
I am so chuffed with these wrist supports! I bought a pair and have been using them daily for a week now.I bought them because I have been having recurring niggles in mostly my left wrist, sometimes my right. Usually triggered by the odd dodgy pull or catch oly lifting and then aggravated through general workout stuff... pull ups, burpees, press ups etc. I've been trying to work on handstands recently and my wrists have stopped me. I decided i needed to rest them for a week and then start looking after them better with support in all movements for a while and post workout. As wrist wraps are too restrictive i had a hunt here on Amazon and bought these Bearhugs based on the existing reviews. They've honestly surpassed all my expectations. The Bearhug supports fit brilliantly, i wear them extended just onto the base of my hands as pictured and they have not once moved or needed adjusting pre, during or post workout regardless of what i've subjected them too. I've put them on half an hour or so before working out, they warm up my wrists nicely, and i've kept them on for an hour or 2 post workout for recovery compression. I have been properly shocked by how much support they give during workouts especially considering they're comfortable enough to keep on all day if needed. I've done a lot of handstand work daily without issues and have not bothered with my usual wrist wraps AT ALL for the whole week, i'd usually not dare to throw a dumbbell overhead without my wraps but on day 1 with these Bearhugs i simply forgot to put my usual ones on and didn't realise until after, i felt so secure in the Bearhugs that i haven't bothered reaching for my wraps since. These are going to stay an absolute staple of my everyday gym attire and I best sort myself a spare one because i'm going to have a proper wibble tantrum if I loose one!! I've been looking around for knee sleeves recently, something i haven't previously used, i'm now seriously considering giving the Bearhug knee supports a go for that purpose based on the brilliant experience i've had with the wrist wraps.Sizing note.... I measured bang on the crossover of small and medium, I ordered both to try and am using the Smalls. In fairness i didn't get as far as trying on the mediums, the smalls felt perfect, snug and supportive and no sooner had i said that than my husband had snaffled the medium pair to 'try'!

Good pressure and grip - I play baseball and hurt my wrist pretty badly in a game this summer but was back on the field the next week with no ill effects, using this bandage for support. Cheers Bearhug!)
