Some very nice recipes and easy to follow

I lost my original copy and brought this one as I really enjoy some of the recipies in it.

This is my very best baking book. Any time I want to bake this is where I look first. I have used this book so much that I wore it out and had to purchase a new copy.The Armenian nutmeg cake is superb, and pecans work even better than walnuts, especially if you don't happen to like walnuts.The lemon delicious is a family favourite.Baked cheesecake easy and deliciousThe Victoria sponge is the absolute BEST Victoria sponge recipe I have ever used. The cake is moist, and wonderfully eggy, whilst light and delicious. Works brilliantly with mascarpone and home-made strawberry jam. It's so good that in our family we decide how much we like someone based on whether or not we'd give them a piece of cake if they dropped in. So if you're ever round our house and get offered a piece of Victoria sponge you know you're IN!

A collection of really good desserts and sweet treats. Especially recommend the baked cheesecake. Making it is so very simple. Turns out excellent everytime. The ingredients too are so easily available. Highly Recommended

Good value basic cookery I've bought this before but this was for a friend

This is my go-to cookbook for Australian dessert recipes. I've had to make a few tweaks when translating to US measurements and even cooking times, but overall the recipes are great. And most of them are pretty easy for the home baker. I've discovered a few new dishes that have become party dessert staples thanks to this book.

This is a nice cookbook filled w/ all the things you remember as well as all those delicious things you read about in British books. All I can say is "yum"!
