Direct To Metal Paint - Black 2.5L

I used this product to paint a rusty manhole cover. I removed as much of the surface rust as I could with a brush attachment on my drill. I then brushed off the debris.Shake the tin well before opening. Once opened, stir thoroughly before application. The paint is quite thick, and it gives a good coverage. I applied three coats with a brush. Hopefully it will protect the metal for years to come. I would recommend it as an alternative to Hammerite.

This was a very competitive price and leyland paint is always good, and this metal paint is no exception.
