Smart auto shut off dehumidifier for small area
This mini dehumidifier is suitable for small room. I bought this for my small kitchen. It's easy to start with. The machine is very quiet. In order to work better, the window and door has to be closed. There's option of high speed or normal speed. Plus, you can set the desired relative humidity level. The smart feature of this mini machine is when the relative humidity level is increased beyond 5%, it will automatic turn on. When decreased below 5% of relative humidity level, it will automatic turn off. This could smartly control the room air moisture level. When the tank is full, it will auto turn off. No need to worry of water leaking out. If using on small room, I would recommend this one. It works well and doesn't take too much space.

Wouldn’t Turn On After Setting It Up
I read the reviews on this product, and while they didn’t have hundreds or thousands of reviews like other products, I opted to try it because of the size. I did see one review that stated the product wouldn’t turn on and I thought maybe they just happened to get a doozy.I immediately opened the product upon delivery and set it up. Aesthetically, it’s a good size and doesn’t look atrocious sitting in a heavily used living space. The issue is that the product wouldn’t turn on.If you look at the photo I uploaded, the power component light was lit up green AFTER unplugging it from the electrical outlet and unit itself. Perhaps there’s a malfunction with the power component itself and not the actual dehumidifier. Regardless, it’s being returned and I’ll purchase another brand instead.

Good with 1 big flaw that could be easily corrected.
I bought this for a medium sized mother in law suite. It worked fine for a few months then stopped working.Up until then it removed a significant amount of water from the air, I live in Florida. The room isn't lived in and was very musky until I installed this unit. This thing will remove at least a liter a day from a 300 sqft room in Florida with no climate control. it clears 1.5 liters often without being set down too far. The smell improvement is significant. Now the bad, but with a happy ending. The only thing I can knock this unit for is the fact it has a very weird adapter that runs hot. Not like catch fire hot, but burn itself out hot, which it did.Advice, hang the power brick up on a screw so it can dissipated heat from all sides.Which leaves be to the 1 big flaw. This is a 15v 6amp power supply with a NEMA 1-15P cord to the unit. I cannot find anything that fits that power spec to that plug type.I emailed the seller and told them that I believed the power supply had died and asked for just the power supply. (It has a light on it and it was dead while plugged in.)They sent me the whole dang unit with power supply within a week. I was shocked at their level of customer service excellence. I still use the old unit with the new power supply. If anyone can provide me a link the the power supply that I can buy separately from anywhere I will edit to give 5 stars. This dehumidifier is great. I live in one if the most hot humid places in the world. If you live in a cold area it may not work as well for you and you may want to research the best unit for cold weather.

Surprisingly effective for its size
Have had this running since June in my basement studio space that normally hovers around 70-80% RH in the humid summer months.Does it bring this 350sf room down to 50% humidity on a 90 degree day with a dew point in the 70's? NO... But it pulls a surprising amount of moisture from the air, enough that instead of emptying it every 36-48 hours, I ran a drain hose for convenience. After two months of nearly continuous use, the room has lost its musty basement smell, and the air *feels* better. There are certainly bigger and better dehumidifiers, but for the price I am quite satisfied with the performance of this one.

Didn’t really work.
This never really worked. It ran and ran and never brought the humidity down. For the two weeks we had it, I only emptied it once because it didn’t do it’s job of dehumidifying the air! It might work in a room that isn’t as demanding, like a small bathroom or something, but I am going back to a compressor-type of dehumidifier. I don’t recommend this for a room with high humidity issues.

like it too much
I am happy to buy this dehumidifier. It really absorbed a lot of water. After using it for a few days, we turned it on for a couple of hours per day to get the basement's humidity down to a comfortable level. Its size is powerful enough for the basement. It build in powerful compressor, very quick and effective, and work up to 4000 square feet. Very good design on the controls panel,it's very convenient to use. It is very easy to clean the filter, but make sure the filter is completely dry before reinstalling. This unit can be used to dry clothes and towels quickly in wet weather. pretty good product and love it!

Dehumidifier works great, plug not so much
The plug stops working after 1 year and unable to get a replacement or change fuse

Good water repository
I have owned a small personal one at home, but found out it’s not enough to serve the room, so I go for this bigger dehumidifier. They are far bigger therefore I can suspect dan noise from this. It’s as loud as my refrigerator, but to get away the humidity effectively, I think it’s worthy. The water repository is so much larger. It comes with a drain soft pipe, I can hook it up and let it on. The auto shut off to prevent overflow works for me as I can bring it to other rooms without drain holes. This work as expected.
