High quality lock. has held up on an external generator bay compartment for over year with no rust or corrosion. Easy to install.

Quality construction and work great for my trailer access doors. If you have to drill a hole for these, go undersized and use a file to get them to the final dimensions. They need flats on the sides of the hole to keep the lock from spinning in the hole.

This is a good looking well-made unit. I had considerable trouble actually getting what I ordered in that I kept getting sent the less expensive 7/8" units in place of the ordered 1 1/8" ones. I persevered, and did finally get it done right. I hope this was just a temporary glitch, as these are some of the best available. Cheers!

Used this to replace the cam lock on my truck bed toolbox. Reading through past reviews and Q/A’s, it wasn’t clear if this lock had the little dust shutter over the key hole, but the one I received does in fact, which is what I was looking for. I also liked this one as it has a nicer, double-cut key than my original tool box lock.Also the dimensions in the listing I believe are the lengths of the cams (also not clear), but I think they all install in the typical 3/4” diameter hole.

Well constructed, quality product. 5 minutes to install and perfect upgrade to my black/gray water valves compartment. Chose to put a lock on this door after a prankster pulled my black water knife valve, you can image the mess! Ordered a second one to protect my propane compartment.

I used this product to lock a battery compartment on my RV coach. It was a perfect fit.

Replaced every lock on my RV with these. I wish I had done it sooner- these are great- no more frustration with a crappy key that I put in upside down half of the time. These keys go in smooth from either side. Perfect! I also found out that most all RVs have the same key for their hatches- my friends could easily get into our camper bins using their keys. This is scary that anyone could get in with the standard key. I feel more secure having new locks! Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with these RV replacement locks. Unlike cylinder lock, which can be picked easily, these locks are keyed. And with very nice keys, I might add. The keys are cut on both side, not just one. They slip into the lock in any direction, and they look and feel very high quality. I actually didn't use these as lock replacements, but as a replacement to a compartment with a cam lock (not actually locking). Highly recommended.

Good looking locks, much better than the 751 locks I replaced, much safer because most trailer came with the same lock & the same key for many years.
