Perfect comfortable and helps strengthen my back so I can exercise

This is the 3rd brace I've tried and none stayed on or gave good support... until now! This one is great, easy to put on, velcro is sturdy and flexible, lower and middle back support is Awesome. This really saved me when i slipped a disc. Please add a pouch for ice woohoo

This brace is sturdy and well made--it should last for years. I was in the exact middle of my size category, and the brace barely fits. It's actually supposed to be suitable for someone two inches larger than me, but I'd be shocked if they could even get it to close at that size. So having said that, if you're near the upper end of the size range, go one size larger to ensure fit. The brace is tight, especially when you use the compression straps. Very difficult to bend over and pick something up from the floor without a gymnastic move. The brace has two stays (plastic strips to help hold shape) in the back. These are uncomfortable. In fact, the whole brace is uncomfortable, but not unbearable. I had severely injured my back in 2010, and it took a long time to heal from that. This year (2019), I rehurt the same place (though not as severely as the first time). I purchased the brace because I'm in the process of packing up to move. This brace is perfect for that. I worked a whole day packing and lifting while wearing the brace with no pain during or after. And while I was extremely glad when it came time to take the brace off, I will wear it all the time while packing up my house. One note, in the question section either the seller or the manufacturer states that this is meant to be worn UNDER clothing...uh, no. Material is very rough against skin and rubs against pressure points caused by the brace. Also, its very bulky, so you could definitely see it under your clothes. If you're in pain, this will most likely benefit you greatly. If you're just looking for a little support, look for something lighter weight.

I'm 6'2" 246 and I bought a 2X. That turned out to be a little to close a fit for me. It will fit me, but onlya small portion of the velcro gets a purchase. But the real problem is that pull straps don't allow for much-added compression. The pull straps don't pull very far. I have another brace with pull straps that allow for a lot more adjustment.And, the neoprene shell traps body heat. I live in northern Michigan. And in fall the days aren't that warm and I still have a lot of sweat trapped under the brace when I remove it, yuck.It gives good support. But with the size I can't wear it with confidence and with the sweating I don't want to wear it for very long. So I can't really give it a good review for my purposes. I use this kind of brace for significant back pain related to scoliosis. For relatively minor back pain and with if you get a brace one size larger than you might otherwise buy, you might like this brace. But I would urge you to take into consideration the points I made.

This is a good product. It does what it says it will do and the quality is as they claim. It was delivered earlier than first committed and I began using it for my lower and mid back compression condition. It is effective.

I love this back brace. It has been a literal lifesaver with my herniated discs. It has allowed me to recover and be able to walk. It’s very supportive and allows lots of room for adjustment. I’m a plus size girl and I found it to be very comfy for my curves and it would fit someone smaller or larger than me as well!I highly recommend this back brace!
