Clean, well boxed, like new smartcams from Samsung. Excellent.Worked perfectly out of the box.

I got these had to wait a while before I could use them just opened one and tried to setup an account on the app it just keeps loopibg back to login apparently this is an on goubg problem no one's doing anything about do not buy these itd be a great value but without the app working its worthless

Good cams for a great price. One of the cameras wouldn't work. Contacted the company and they sent a replacement out immediately. All good.

I purchased this 3 pack of refurbished cameras. I already owned one new one that I purchased back in 2016 and it is still working fine. Two of these refurbished ones work but they disconnect all of the time without warning. Not helpful for security cameras. One has just stopped working all together in less than a year. I do not recommend the refurbished option as you have not recourse if they don't work. And for me, these three don't work the way they should , or don't work at all!

I'm pleased with these cameras. I haven't had any problems. I gave them 4 stars and not five because I think the interface on the app is a bit confusing, but no reason not to buy them. Setting up the optional recording or motion detection notification requires the usual level of effort to set up today's tech devices. Search for and download the online manual. I like the fact that the areas for motion detection can be defined, so you can set it to detect motion in specific areas and avoid false positives from moving branches etc. The image is wide angle so they can cover a large area, but the downside of wide angle is lower detail for any one point, so good or bad depending on your needs.

I don’t know anything about cameras and setting them up. All I know is I was hoping the Wi-Fi would work with the one camera I already had, same brand name. They did! I followed the directions easy and I have four cameras now in my salon. The only trouble with Wi-Fi is when it has a weak signal. But we’ve only experienced this a couple of times. And that’ll be according to the area you live in. I don’t record yet, you can use an SD card. I’m looking into that 🤓. like I said I don’t know anything about how security cameras work but these are pretty simple for me. They are in color I’m happy with how clear they are, they do zoom in and they do have motion sensors and night vision as well as sound.

Purchased a set of three. Had previously used this model of camera. Units were labeled as refurbished.First unit, would not detect any networks. Second unit, would detect networks but would not register or connect to any network. I didn't bother with the third unit, I don't need one camera, I need several.I am reasonably adept at managing our household tech, with a multitude of wireless devices at work, including a surviving version of one of these that is some years old, still at work in our garage. The others failed over time. That should have been a clue. These seem to be junk, and a waste of time.

Great cameras for the money! Love that they can be remotely turned on via phone app. Visibility is great - day or night.
