This product is made of plastic which is little bit hard but we can use it for doing kriya. Sutra neti made of thread is better.

Worst ever Product Quality I purchased on Amazon
It is of worst quality I have ever seen. I wish I read some reviews before buying it. The Sutra is supposed to be made up of high quality rubber, but it looks to be of some Foam or other sub-standard rubber. It is getting broken in pieces in little stretch. This can be very very dangerous if a part of it is stuck in nose while performing Yogic Kriya.I have raised return request in one day of receiving it, and wouldn't recommend it to any one.

Affordable price best amazon delivery
Size wise the strings are thin .... Have used 3 times bigger strings but amazon service is awesome . But string quality is good
