Use it to relax my neck

I work in a highly stressful environment and use this to help. I can’t tell if it works in the heat of the moment but it does seem to help with sleeping. I work at night and sleep during the day so that tells you something. Working in the medical field, I understand these ingredients work, but it may take time for it to take effect in the body. It all depends on how you use it.

This has really helped with early morning awakening by relaxing me back to sleep. I have used the ingredients separately before and in combination without as much success as with this product. I also use Native Remedies' FibroFree with it for aching that occurs after being in bed more than 5 hours. Sometimes I add a Scullcap to head off the onset of periodic limb movement that keeps me awake. I was afraid it would quit working after a couple of weeks, but it has continued to help nearly 3 weeks out. I have read that you should not use valerian for an extended time, so I called Professional Botanicals to ask about that. Their answer was that there is so little in this that it is not a problem.I am ordering a second bottle today.

Has been helping me get a good night sleep

This is an amazing product .It can help you sleep if you take two capsules or you can take one capsule for anxiety .I have been taking it for few days and already feel happier and more relaxed .I sleep like a baby at night with no side effects or drowsiness in the morning .I am definitely going to buy it again.

As a premenopausal woman, I won't be without this product at night. A naturopath told me to take this as soon as I wake in the night to help me go back to sleep. It's a miracle product. I used to wake up routinely at 3 am and be up. Not with this. When I feel myself waking, I take one and go back to sleep quickly. I do not feel groggy in the morning either. It also works great for muscle aches; but I use it primarily for night time sleep quality with no side effects.

I have been on many prescription rxes and was still having anxiety and depression. Now while this product does not remove all of it, it definitely has made me feel significantly better and I am enjoying a better QOL. If you have resistant depression or anxiety this may help you. I haven't gotten off all my meds, but this may be a way of helping me get off some anxiety meds. Of course, talk to your doctor first. Then at least try it, you have nothing to lose except for some cash, but the potential benefit will out-way that by far if it works.
