Warm, and large
I bought these gloves specifically for wearing over electrically heated glove liners when riding my bike in temperatures below 30F. I have very large hands and finding a pair of gloves that was big enough to go over the thick liners was a challenge. In size XXL, they worked great. I can see wearing these gloves alone to ski or shovel snow. They are warm and, so far, waterproof and breathable. Construction and quality of materials appears excellent and they are showing no wear at all. I particularly like the elastic cords at the ends of the gauntlets. These cords are easy to both tighten and loosen.

Excellent Ski gloves, super warm, and the best value for money!
These gloves are amazing! First of all don't be put off by the terrible photo that is attached to them - these gloves are the real deal and they look great! I have circulation problems in my hands and regularly suffer from cold and sore hands, so I have been shopping around for great skis gloves. I first of all went for the Hestra Army Leather Heli ski (which I have always admired), but found them to be too bulky with the liners and outer gloves! I researched a lot and found Gordini GTX Stormtrooper II gloves were continually being reviewed very highly as a warm glove and great value for money! These gloves have totally delivered, I have skied in 20 degrees and 40 degress with these gloves, and my hand were just right on all occasions. These gloves look great, have zipped pouches for hand warmers, multiple clasps to seal against your ski jacket, have double leather protection between index finger and thumb to protect against those sharp edges when carrying skis, and they are toasty warm. The only place I would foresee some criticism against gloves 2x the price, is that they are more on the bulky side - which I prefer! Thanks Gordon - these gloves are amazing! (Feedback to Gordini - your gloves are amazing but sort out your images and descriptions).

Above average but not professional
Really well made as far as sewing, water resistance, and material quality. They are pretty good down to 15° and then start to fail. I have pore circulation so maybe some of you can get more out of that than I can.Paradoxically they are both not warm enough at colder temps and lack dexterity. I'd be ok with the lack of warmth if it had dexterity and I'd be ok with the lack of dexterity if they were warmer. So I think they need to step up there game one one of the two to really be useful. But it you just need them for general cold weather and don't go out in near zero temp, they will be warm enough and just have the poor dexterity. The dexterity is also a paradox. The first two fingers can move really well. But try and make a fist and the pinky and ring finger just don't close correctly. Like to the point that it's a painful lack of ergonomics. Luckily there's a lot you can do with just an index finger (and even more with the index, middle and thumb combo). And the dexterity fist problem doesn't affect grabbing ski poles.

Fits like a glove
Needed some gloves, used to always use Gordini, so decided to try these out. I normally wear large, so ordered them, they fit well. Haven’t worn them in the elements yet. They feel warm, are well made, and should work just fine. The price point was the most appealing, compared to some of the other brands.UPDATEWore these during a 5-day trip to Vail. First few days the temps were hovering around zero degrees Fahrenheit. Through the wind and cold, these gloves kept my hands and fingers warm.

Great gloves, great price!
I have been a skier for over 35 years and have used plenty of gloves over the years. I purchased these gloves as backup to my primary gloves. I always keep a spare pair in my backpack. On the first day of my ski trip in Colorado I fell in the powder and my primary gloves got a ton of snow in them so I switched to these and I couldn't believe how well they performed. They stayed warm and dry and are now my main set of ski gloves. They stayed dry and warm through 3 days of powder skiing in 5-15 degree weather. I typically wear a large and ordered a pair of large which were a little snug but no issues and very comfortable. My palm is a little under 4 inches wide and from tip of middle finger to my wrist (bottom of palm) is about 7 1/2 inches. I would say my fingers are about average. The large fit a little snugger than my other large gloves but I think it is due to the insulation in these and felt just fine.

Warm, dry, and comfortable
Bought these for my 19yr old son for skiing and they worked great. Temps were at or near freezing each day and he never complained of being cold over the course of 6 days of skiing. Well worth the purchase.

new and maybe improved??
I bought these to replace a pair of 5 year old Storm Trooper I's that were the best gloves (not mittens) that I've ever had. I have little wussy hands when it comes to cold and not once was I let down by those gloves. Primary use is snowmobiling and while they're not the best gloves out there for extended periods at higher speeds (the leather on the face could cover more to fix that) because eventually the wind will cold soak them and get through, but they have served me well for all around use. They never leaked and most importantly of all THE LINERS NEVER ONCE SEPARATED FROM THE SHELL, that has to be the most important feature for a glove out there. I could put my hands in soaking wet and it was never an issue, they held together admirably. But alas just like your favorite pair of shoes every good thing must come to an end. The new version is very similar, still gore tex, fit was comparable with the XL (my hands are 8.5" circumference, middle finger is 3.5" from tip to crotch, bony skeletor digits, not fat sausages) the new ones feel slightly larger than the old. The palms went from a very thin goatskin leather to a textured polyurethane type affair so we'll see how that holds out because the palms were one thing that actually wore out on the old ones along with some stitching. The finger grips still have a strip of thicker leather which is good because that definitely takes the most punishment. The elastic cinch string on the gauntlet closure if definitely improved. Time will tell how the new and supposedly improved version holds up, but if they're anything like the old ones I'll definitely be pleased.

Love these gloves!
I’ve been searching for warm winter gloves for a few weeks. I bought a new two-stage, battery-operated snow blower this year, and my older, cheap gloves just weren’t working to keep my hands warm while using it. I need gloves, rather than mitts, in order to work the hand controls of the machine effectively and safely. And, I’m only doing online shopping at the moment due to COVID concerns. I really did my research, and I narrowed down the possibilities for gloves to three brands. I had to eliminate one brand when I discovered that the inner lining was wool…my skin gets a rash and itches when in contact with wool. Another pair cost over $200 CAN plus 15% tax here in Canada, and there were a very limited number of online stores that offered them. I contacted the manufacturer, but the gloves weren’t going to be available again until March 2022. Not much use for me and my snow blowing this year! Plus, I was really unsure about the sizing for that brand. That left the Gordini GTX Storm Trooper II gloves as my final choice. I’m really, really very happy with my purchase! I usually wear a Women’s Medium in most gloves and mittens, but sometimes a small. From the size chart for gloves on the Gordini website, I’d need between a Women’s Medium and Large, or a Men’s Small. I measure 7.25-inches in finger length, and 7.5 inches in circumference. Okay…for the great price on Amazon, I went for the Men’s Small. Fantastic choice!!! Although the finger length is a smidgen long for me [maybe 1/4-inch], the circumference fits snugly. More snuggly than what I expected for the sizing chart. I don’t think a women’s Medium would have fit me. I must say that I often opt for a Men’s Small in athletic and outdoor clothing due to my body type, and these gloves were no exception. The gloves seem to be well made, with goatskin leather trim. The gauntlets on the gloves fit easily over the cuff of my down coat to keep the cold air out. I removed the wrist strap attachment [easy to do], but I could see why it would come in handy for a lot of people. The zipper pockets for the hand warmer packs are a nice feature. There is a warning on a tag inside the gloves to be careful about removing the gloves, as you need to grasp each finger individually in order to prevent the inner lining from pulling out. The gloves lack optimum dexterity, as the fingers are packed with insulation. I won’t be using my cell phone with these gloves, but I’m okay with that. However, I can operate the controls on the snow blower without problems. The fingers look short in the photos, but they really aren't. The gloves are certainly warmer than I had expected. Today, the temperature here was 19F/-8F, with a wind chill making it feel like 14F/-10C. After taking a walk outside for almost 1 hour, my hands were toasty. I’ll have to see how the gloves do in colder weather, but so far, these gloves are keepers!!

Excellent but VERY warm
Great quality but too hot for skiing in moderate to warm temperatures. You need it to be freezing cold to avoid your hands overheating. I regularly have to take these off to let my hands cool down

Seem to cover all the bases...
Decent quality without compromising on warmth or waterproofing. Yet to be tried out in their chosen environment, that might have to wait until the next skiing holiday in the Alps

Super Guantes
Relación calidad-precio incomparable, sin problemas en clímas fríos, los he utilizado a - 10°C con liners y no he tenido problema, chulada porque son gore-tex, transpirables e impermeables.
