The important thing to know is that this product is a space saver in place of an expensive machine that does the same exercises.
A great alternative for a T-Bar machine. My garage is only so big and I can't put every workout machine in it for my workout regiment. So, to cut corners, I found the EverStrong T Bar Row platform. It's easy to use. Just place the closed end into the center hole of two large weight plates stacked on top of each other, for an anchor, and the end of an Olympic bar into the open end of the anchor platform and you are in business. You can add weight plates to the other end of the Olympic bar for more resistance and use your hands or a pulling accessory to pull or push the bar, depending on the exercise, at the end closest to the weights.

Ok.... if it fits your plates....
This is a simple device that needs to do three things.Pivot and hinge smoothly.... Check.Clamp onto your barbell's sleeve... Messy, do NOT use your nice Ohio or Texas bar with this.Fit into the sleeve of your plates. NOPE! The higher quality plates are manufactured with much tighter tolerances and this decive does not fit in sleeve of decent quality plates. But, if you have a set of those old gray rusteeze we all seem to be perpetually giving away, you might be in luck.Overall, I am underwhelmed. It works, but I wouldn't bother buying it again. It would be better to find one that fits the plates I am buying and not the ones I am throwing away.

Great product and great customer service!
I bought this to go along with my Rogue landmine to insert in my Rogue dogsled. I was bummed that surprisingly this was too big too fit in it. No worries, though, I bought a plate rack that had spaces to hold barbells and it fit. So, if you are buying this to insert in a rogue rack or any other of their product, it may not fit, as the insert part is bigger than Rogue's. I know it won't fit in their dogsled.

We love it and glad we got it
I got this for our little crossfit gym so that we can do landmine rotations without the bar moving around awkwardly and being a distraction. It's been a hit! We love it and glad we got it!pros: nice, heavy, heavy-duty, simple and easy to usecons: It takes a little long to screw/unscrew to remove/change barsIt's awesome though. I highly recommend it!

Landmine squats.
A most simple and useful device. I got this to do Landmine squats. If you do not know Landmine squats check YouTube. The first time I used it I squatted 25 pounds with the load about 15 inches in front of my body. Big mistake! This type of squat is highly knee dominate rather than hip dominate. There was excessive shear on my knees. The second time I used it I loaded a measly 10 pounds and maneuvered my body so that the load was closer to my crotch. That position was much safer. You cannot beat the price. As for the securing knob, you do not even need it. It should last a lifetime. If you squat with it just be sure you do not trash your knees.

Heavy duty, great, versatile
I absolutely love these tbar corner platforms, and this makes it so much easier to do things with so the bar isn't sliding everywhere. I am currently building a home gym and this will be a versatile thing to have in it!! A full body workout can be done on these!!

Great t-bar row unit many uses with great results!!!
Excellent t bar row. Easy to use and heavy duty. Many gyms have the stationary units which only allow you to perform limited movements, but this one lets you get creative with your workouts and reach your goals of shocking the muscles by rowing or or military press, single arm press and ab twist left to right. Front squats and so on. Great product!!

T-Bar Row Workout Must Have!
Very sturdy and heavy duty and fits my Olympic bar just fine! Don't see any issues and this works as it should. It appears to be very well built and should last a lifetime. I slip the bar in one end and slip the base in 2 stacked Olympic 35 lbs plates, position the plates in one of the corners of my rack and it works like a charm!
