Good value for price
I bought these to go along with my 80 day obsession. I’ve used them for almost a month now. They get the job done for sure. The sliders are good I use on carpet and have no problems, I wouldn’t want to use them on a slick floor though. The bands stretch out over time as expected and eventually I’ll have to buy another set I believe. I know the cast in my videos gets to change out to a new band when it gets too stretchy so I just double them up when needed. Overall good product. Not too expensive and I didn’t expect them to last this long honestly. Knock on wood no tears in mine yet.

High quality, love them!
These are great! The quality is wonderful, I like how portable and convenient these are. They come with a nice bag as well to carry them in (the packaging itself is very nice). The price point is great, and you get a whole set with different resistances. They are all different colors, and each has the resistance level written on it as well. The sliders are very durable, and perform well. I personally use them in my office and can even stay active while sitting down.

Amazing Quality
I ordered these bands for our home gym. We move a lot so the small lightweight packaging and travel case was very helpful. The sliders have taken our workouts to a new intensity and ALL the different bands offer unlimited options of resistance! I am really impressed with the simplicity of this packaged deal but also the quality is amazing!

Love the slides
The slides work great on carpet - haven't tried them on hardwood flooring yet. The bag is awesome for storage of all of the items. The smaller bands are great for petite people.

Got what I paid for
All of the heavier bands were broken after the first few uses..Only the light ones remain. They snapped so quickly that I know those lighter ones don't stand a chance. Off to the next brand.

Product Not What I Paid Extra For
The box and items inside were presented nicely (I was impressed); however, I paid more for 9 inch disc, but received 7 inch discs. I then reordered and returned the original box, only to receive more 7 inch discs.
