I decided to try this out for my storm door. It gets afternoon sun and I wanted to keep things cooler and also let my dogs keep an eye out the door without others looking in. Does what it says, and blocks light and creates a one way mirror/privacy.Love this film. It was not easy to install as I put it on a huge glass door It requires you make sure things are very clean. Even after cleaning many times, I still end up with small waves and flaws in the application. but, in the end, it keeps out the heat, provides privacy in the house (during the day) if someone comes to the door and it allows for a clear view from inside the house to see whoever is coming up the walk. I have also put this on the lower half of a window where the delivery people walk to leave packages. I can now see them without them being able to see into the window of my house. This is great stuff for privacy and to stop the heat of the sun coming in your house.

Just the film I want. Decrease the ultraviolet ray from shining into directly in my face.It also give me more private when its in evening, people can't see clear through outside of the windows. One role was just enough to cover the left of these two windows. Very opaque from the outside!Definitely a two person job. The trick is to spray the right amount of water and to remove all bubbles. Definitely should invest in the installation kit. It made the job less frustrating. The tint will wrinkle easily so handle carefully. It stays when dry.

The film comes in a long, skinny roll. Someone must have decided to play swords with it because it was damaged. And now there are dents and creases in the film that will not come out and is very visible. Picture included is after it was unrolled and laying across the table

If you don’t want people to see IN - dont buy this! I got this film for my front door so people couldn’t see in and would see themselves. Well I put it on and I’m the one who can’t see out but you can DEF see inside my house. I put it on the correct way there is no way to do it backwards because one side is the adhesive. Waste of money!

It does the job perfectly for day time - purchased for a back door window to prevent having to put up a curtain for day time privacy. This does not prevent night time see-thru. Was tricky to put up but I purchased an application kit with sprayer and squeegee to remove air bubbles. Looks great to me! And better yet- no more embarrassing face to face run ins at my back door when I’m not fully dressed! Lol See photos- first pic taken inside shows you can see outside the window- second taken outside looking in shows the reflection of outside- even with lights on- you cannot see thru the window.

This is very good quality mirror film, it still can see outside and inside, but it can block sunlight and make the room dimmer.

Great product! Isn’t as mirror-y as I expected which I think looks better than mirrored windows, so that’s great! You can still see through it way more than I expected, but at least makes it where you can’t see through our glass door from the road. You can see through any time of day if you’re standing at the door though.

As you see in the pic, I used it for the strip across the windshield. No heat was needed. It was very easy, you just have to know what to do. I used baby shampoo and warm water. It stuck right away and I love it. Next I'm going to do the back window. Only problem is , it's not one way. I can still see right thru it. But it's only to block the sun. Very happy customer!!
