I just got it today and installed a Silicon Power M.2 NVME 1TB drive in it. Set it up quickly in disk management and tested it with ATTO on my little Inspiron 15 5575 AMD laptop I got 390MB and 430MB/sec write and read. Not bad and probably limited by the USB connection. The case is beautiful. All aluminum with metal end caps. A tiny blue light even come on when powered up. 2 cables included for USB 3.0 and USB C. It comes nicely packaged and well protected. This is not the cheapest unit but the quality and finish is very good, so, no regrets. Highly recommended!***N.B.*** UPDATE:Just checked Read and Write in ATTO using the USB C connector and got 1.05GB/Sec in both read and write. FANTASTIC!

Excellent product once you get the tedious install. Non-magnetic screws and very tight end caps made it unnecessarily difficult to put together, but otherwise a very good product.

Worked as designed. No tech support required. Would recommend to others. The device has warmth to it, but not concerning so.The thickness is not an issue, as a matter as a fact, it is quite thin. (Amazon wanted me to mention thickness and warmth, not sure why.)

So the Enclosure is good and works but like almost like all cheap enclosures the included cable is junk and will never give the read/write that most drives make claim to. I used the cable i got with ROG enclosure and it works well but with included cable is never going to give read/write.

Works for my needs, but there were no instructions so getting it setup wasn't easy and I have no idea how to use the included heat sink strip. The case gets very hot, but I had no throttling our issues reading over 300gb when I restored from a backup. Contacted both amazon product support and the seller and days later I still don't have a manual. I really don't trust the device to not fail so will ultimately return and buy something else.

This is a good charger but larger than I expected and quite heavy. It did come with multiple connectors that was quite helpful. Overall good. Just heavier than expected.

Pros:Looks prettyCons:Didn't come with any sort of instruction sheet or even a diagram. Took out the 4 screws but couldn't get it open. Didn't want to risk breaking it by using a 10-ton press to force the insides of the aluminum sleeve out. Waste of time.

It does what it says. Good quality.

First time I plugged it in, it brought the whole USB bus to a standstill (mouse was very delayed etc...) Second time the device was connected, it was visible in device manager but not in device manager. Third time lucky I was able to see it in disk management and partition the drive. It now works fine! I suspect a Win 10 driver issue. So have a bit of persistence with this thing. Tip, I left the thermal compound polythene on the side that contacts the enclosure, otherwise I suspect it would be very difficult to slide in (as its like bluetack).

Poor design, thermal pads are provided so chips do not over heat however the provided thermal pad is TOO THICK for the enclosure and slips away when it is in the enclosure.

boitier qui ne reconnait pas tout les disque a ne pas desintaller du boitier car on perds toute les donner quand on retire le disque du boitier et ne le reconnait plus apres et point vue vitesse pas vraiment rapide mem avec drivers installer a ne pas recommander si tu veux pas de vitesse ok mais pas performant du tout

I bought a couple different enclosures, this one because of it's slim size. It is compact and sturdy. It does tend to get a little hot though, even with the heat absorbing material, compared to the other one I bought with cooling fins, but it is a trade-off I was expecting for it's size.
