I've struggled to find an alternative to sugar that I can take that doesn't interact with my medication and also tastes good.I saw this was a sweetener used in a keto bar I ate and looked into it and tried it.I then purchased these so I can take them out with me and not be forced to use sugar or a sweetener that I either don't like or I can't have.The taste is a little strange at first but you will get accustomed to it within a day or two.

Erythritol came up as one of the best sugar substitutes. I have tried most of them and found them vile but honestly these in coffee; I can’t taste the difference. My husband can but he’s used to like a million sugars in his coffee. It is very sweet! A lot healthier than aspartame and others. They are also keto friendly! They are so easy to take out too as come in individual sachets. Definitely recommend if trying to cut sugar
