For anyone who is new or experienced in property, Simon Zutshi's Property Magic is exactly that - magic!This very easy read provides insights into property strategies like no other. Since reading Property Magic, I've gained and implemented property investment and development strategies I hadn't have even heard of prior to picking it up.It's written in a super straightforward way, so even I could understand everything. You could even read it in a day if you tried.A great investment into educating yourself on how to make money in property.

I was advised to read this book. Read it in 2 sittings as could barely put it down. Couldn't believe how excited I got from reading a book. Have since signed up for YPN magazine and also go to the PIN meetings mentioned in the book which not only give you confidence but contacts in the property world like finical advisers estate agents letting agents and solicitors etc ... Have also read revised 2010 version which is important because some of the techniques mentioned are no longer available because of banks stopping them. Bought 1st btl at auction with my husband just 4-5 weeks after reading this book.

This is an excellent book to get you on the property investing path.Inspirational, strategical and helping you to think laterally.One to be read by everyone.

This was a great read and Simon is a great teacher.

I wish I had purchased this book several years ago. If you're thinking of investing in property, or even mildly interested, this book is a must read. Simon explains how to get involved, finance and crucially simplify the process of getting involved in property, with great tips and more importantly, some fantastic examples of how property investment can work for varying circumstances and levels of experience.The format is very easy to read, with concepts and topics broken down for easy review and re-reading.For such a small sum of money, this book is well worth buying.

A good book for the novice beginner, it gives you a brilliant introduction on how to construct a below market value deal, which results in a win/win scenario for all parties involved. As I say, this book is a good introduction for someone who is just beginning to get a feel for the competitive field of property investment.I believe the author just scratches the surface of what I believe is a fascinating subject and I suppose with the right mindset, attitude and focus one can really make a wonderful future for him or herself.All in all, I really enjoyed this book, yet felt a bit disappointed at the end, where I believe the author tries too hard to sell his other courses, which I think if you enjoy reading the book, then you will naturally be inclined to delve more into what is on offer. Yet, to the authors credit, he comes across as genuine and approachable.

Excellent book. Clearly explains strategies for profiting from property investment. Can only assume that the -ve comment are from rival authors/course providers. If you aspire to make money from property letting you should read this book.

Very thin book, readable in a couple of hours. Basically tells you to go on his course. No good useful information in the book. Shame there is so many people out there making money from poor gullible soles looking to make a million from property.
