Purchased for a present ,very tasty good quality,lovely container ,could be used by a child for pencils when empty

I purchase these often as gifts. F and M mad me. But when they're delivered they always look as though the tin has been used as a football. Dented and chipped which is very poor considering what I pay for them. I mean I could spend less on 2 cigars but I prefer the biscuits.Come on amazon a bit more protection these biscuits aren't cheap...padding dear boy!

Like a similar review I have just seen, the tin these biscuits come in is very dented and having brought for a birthday gift is very annoying and doesn't look great! Especially disappointing as they are alot more expensive here than direct from fortnum and Mason. Unfortunately I do not have time to send back and wait for another in the hope its not dented as the birthday is in a few days!

Whilst I'm sure the contents of the tin are delightful, the fact that the tin is badly dented somewhat detracts from it as a Christmas gift. I can't send it back to exchange it, it's not allowed, so please be careful if you're thinking of buying it!

We received a tin of these biscuits as part of a hamper and they were delicious! We subsequently sent 2 tins as gifts for family - they were very pleased with them
