Hire a maid
Doesn’t work very well. Leaves debris and hair on floor. Scares the dog when it moves. And it can’t find the charging station. It only has 10 minutes of “suck life” before pooping out and getting stuck under the furniture. We have spent more time looking for it than actually seeing it clean. We have a 300 sqft living area and this thing can’t keep up. Don’t waste your money. Get something that actually works. Don’t be fooled by the low price, this thing sucks.

This meets my expectatiopns and then didn't
This is my first robotic vacuum and it solidly meets my expectations.I don't think it will completely replace my traditional vacuum, but it does help during the week, especially on hard floors like the kitchen.The button on top the unit is finicky to say the least, and trying to pair it my phone was fairly frustrating, and there are no included instructions on all the functions of the remote (what do the arrows do?)The thing is quite and does a good job covering the entire room, but won't replace a more traditional vacuum yet.-update-Sadly, I will be returning this vacuum. It only vacuums part of the room and then quits... Not returning to the charging station, just giving up and with no error codes in the app.

Not good for floors other than flat without transition areas.
This robot vacuum is terrible. It does not transition from hard floors to carpet well at all. The suction is sub-par to say the least. We tried the mopping feature and I was not impressed by that at all either. I would like to send this item back and have your people in the warehouse warn that this should be for people with only hard wood or tile and no pets.Wendy Short

Definitely worth the money!
I got this vacuum about a week ago. I am absolutely loving it! I was a little hesitant at first because there were no reviews on it yet, but I am very happy that I chose this one! I have 4 dogs, and I am able to run this everyday with no issues. The brush does need to get cleaned every so often because the hair will roll up in it. It's real easy to do. It gets the whole floor and the edging. It will not work on the shag rugs, but it does work on the other area rugs that I have.I have not tried the mopping setting yet.I definitely give this 5 stars so far!

Not worth the money or your time
The Q7 was adequate to clean hardwood floor so I purchased this model before finding out how TERRIBLE the customer service from this company would be.This model has trouble figuring out how go from one area to the other It will just stop and shut down for it seems no reason - the battery will still have a good charge.This unit is hard to get started. You press the top of the device 3,4,5 times sometimes to get it to start cleaning. The instructions state - press twice.Most of the issues with this model could be overlooked if the vacuum didn’t need constant monitoring to see if it was still cleaning. Not a “Set it and Forget it” appliance!

Not moving forward
This is my second review on the cymen Q9 robot. I had purchased 2 vacuum robots, 1 for the first floor and the second for the upstairs floor. They both work very well for the first 8 months. It might be a bad bug on their update or maybe something else. But on the 8 months the recording and schedule are working fine but both are just spinning in circles and that's all they do now. Wondering if my robots are the only ones doing this, I will write another review if things change, stay tuned

The color white is amazing.
I love it is a real help my home is clean all the time now I'm cooking and moping at the same time.

Dissatisfied
A suction plate is missing. Most generally have to use Phone to control it..Just not as good as I was hoping.
