GREAT BOOK

Great Book!

I bought this book after seeing an interview with the photographer Gerard H Gaskin talking about photographing the ballroom scene in New York.I bought two copies as gifts for friends who are dancers, interested in photography and who have been inspired by the legendary ballroom and house community in Harlem.I hope we will see more of Gerard's photographs in print of his photograph's of the ballroom scene. It's a wonderful photographic record starting with an image of Kelli at the Legends ball in 1995. A mixture of black and white photographs and colour which make you feel like you are there.I will have to buy myself a copy now.
