Design and good quality- nice den for puppy.
So many reviews complained about the quality of this cage but I thought the quality was just fine. It took about an hour to put together and it is quite sturdy. We got it for our Shiba Inu puppy and at first I was worried because it was hard for her to see out - there isn’t much “window” mesh. But I think she actually likes this because it feels more like a den.I thought I might have to put a light in there for her but she seems just fine both during the day and at night. She will go in there whenever she wants to take a little break.The lock is effective and the cage is well made and very nicely designed. It was a little bigger than I expected but by the time she is 20 lbs- I think she will fill it out.

Arrived open with missing/broken parts
Not great. While it looks nice, the shipping and packaging left more to be desired. I was missing parts and couldn't put the thing back together. The box was partially torn on arrival also. Since its heavy, returning it will be a hassle as well.

Do not buy
Kind of cute design, but horrible quality. Front door fell off the first time we shut the door. Wish we could return. However shipping to send back is almost as much as we spent on it. Would not recommend.

Bonita pero sin más
En mi caso la compre reacondicionada y no vino en buenas condiciones. No me importo ya que al ser reacondicionado sabía a lo que me exponía. La jaula es bastante grande y es bastante bonita, pero los materiales no son de la calidad que uno espera. El montaje es muy sencillo y con un destornillador se puede hacer
