Be wary of snap compatibility
At first glance, these bumper replacements are an exact match to what broke in my controller. But when I tried to snap the new one into place, the holes that snap the parts together (1st picture) don't quite fit. They're undersized. They get started okay, but I can't press the two parts together (2nd picture) to actually make them look like what the original part looked like (3rd picture). Maybe some people have had better luck than me. I'm going to try and ream the holes out a bit, otherwise I'm going to try to glue the old pieces back together.

Questionable
Useless kit, screwdrivers are not notched to accommodate for the screws in your controller. Unable to remove any screws from the elite controller. You will need to purchase the proper T8H screwdriver from another seller.Edit: apparently I have received a defective item, and have been issued a refund. Supposedly other orders will have the proper driver.

Fit my controller and fixed the issue
These fit my style of controller and the tools were nice to have as the tamper resistant torx bits aren't very common. Tip: put the buttons on the controller then install the pair button cover. It is very hard to line up if you attach these to the cover then try to install both on the controller.

Not a perfect replacement, but adequate
Installing these is a pain, but the tools provided at least allow you to open your controller without damaging it. You'll need to look up a guide on Youtube, no instructions are provided. Finally, and this is critical, the bumpers are not molded the same as the stock bumpers and have sharp edges between the bumpers and the triggers. It's a small detail, but very noticeable. I don't know what the long term gaming will be, but it's mildly uncomfortable. Still, they work. They fit the controller well enough and in a pinch, but I may end up looking elsewhere for better bumpers.

Arms that push the buttons are wrong shape
Once installed, the arms depress the button all the time.If you compare, they are not the same shape as the Xbox One Elite arms.I had to shave the arms down and reshape them to get them to work.The first replacement arm lasted two months and broke. The original Xbox one lasted longer than that.I'm going to try another brand to see if they got the arm shape correct in their mold.

Good deal for the price
These bumpers can save you a lot of money if you have a controller that just needs a new bumper as I did. This kit comes with every tool you will need to completely take apart your Xbox controller and repair the broken bumper. The only possible downside is they are a little on the flimsy side but I have not had any problems with them after replacing them.

Fit perfect and worked great. I had to return a different brand because it didn't fit correctly.

What you should expect.
Exactly as advertised. I know a couple of the reviewers complained they had to "adjust" the part to fit. I can only guess they bought for the wrong controller. This is a perfect fit. No issues.
