C. B. Gitty Did me Right!
I have bought 5 sets of these rings so far from C. B. Gitty! There was a mishap with my most recent order and I received the wrong item. Mistakes happen. I was actually more bummed at the thought of not being able to get them anymore. Not only did they make it right, they earned a customer for life! So... lets talk about these rings....These are the ones you want! I've tried a few others (see my recent reviews) and these are much higher quality. You can really feel the weight. They line up correctly, they're the right height and even come with screws. On top of that, they're also one of the least expensive available on Amazon! 3 of the 4 other brands I've tried were super thin in height with minimal support for the pickups. The other set (Guyker), which were compatible with the C. B. Gitty cost me $13. I haven't tried them on a US guitar yet but so far I've used them on various imports (mainly Korean made). I highly recommend these rings and will personally never use another as long as these remain available.

Great humbucker, P94T or P94R mounting ring for that flat top guitar.
This pickup mounting ring was what I was looking for to complete my project. I used one ring as a template for my router. Kind of messed up the ring but the pickup cavity was just what the doctor ordered. My Gibson p94t pickup fit inside the other ring perfectly. I'm sure any full sized humbucker will fit in there. I will surely buy this product again for my next project.

Good set, shiny chrome, fits well and not attracted to magnets.
these humbucker rings exceeded my expectations, they are shiny chrome fits perfectly and very nice edge thickness, specially when you are installing them on a an HSH strat. the top is nicely curved and polished very well. the pickup screw holes not very perfectly aligned and the countersink is a bit off but that's just cosmetics and it doesn't (shouldn't) affect the installation. The reason i gave it 4 start not 5 is because, 1 they have extremely sharp metal excess and sharp edges probably from the diecast right underneath the ring that hasn't been shaved clean, I almost cut my fingers on it. 2 the side although chromed shiny they still show the sand paper's scratch marks and they are deep!over all I am glad i bought them and I love them, great chrome pickup rings.Cheers!!!Updates: I've installed them on my HSH strat with Seymour Duncan Invaders SH8 pickup, they fit perfectly, I love the fact that I didn't have to raise the volume control knob since the edge of the rings were thin enough to fit on a strat bridge position, didn't use the corner screws just the pickup screws they fit nicely.I'll buy another set, probably 2.Cheers!!Upddate:I bought a second set, these are great, and fit perfectly, cosmetically very appealing though the side edges can be a bit wider.i like the thickness on them, they give a fat look to the ring.the best thing about these rings is that they are not magnet coercive, this mean's they are not attracted to magnets, hence, they will not disrupt the pickups' magnetic field.will give it 5 stars.Cheers!!

Nice upgrade from plastic rings
It seems strange to me to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars for a guitar with plastic parts because they were the “space age” new material in the 1950’s. The real reason they were used was that they were much cheaper to manufacture. These Chrome rings worked perfectly as replacements for Gibson branded flat rings that warped over time. The only minor nit pick I have is that the mounting screws aren’t threaded the whole way up. I used others I had but the ones that came with were perfectly acceptable. I like the look at well. I’ve used “solid” flat versions of these that I liked but these are molded like the originals and seem to fit just right.

CB Gitty does it again!
Great quality, fits OEM holes perfectly and looks awesome. 2nd product I got from your company and I am very happy with both purchases. Keep up the good work!

These are great for soft bodies or poorly drilled mounting screws (in the guitar body)
I should have bought these things years ago. I installed them on a guitar that always had issues with the mounting ring screws not being quite right. Even with filling and redrilling the holes when using standard plastic mounting rings, they would end up warped because the screws would move and relocate themselves (the body wood is soft). The pickups ended up not aligned under the strings, and the pickup would get hung up either in the body cavity or on the ring itself. With a metal mounting ring, it's a LOT easier to end up with the screws going in where they belong, because the ring is rigid, AND because the screw holes (in the ring) don't end up getting larger from an angled screw chewing away in it.If you've only ever had guitars with nice and neat pickup routs and super precise mounting ring screw holes drilled, you've never experienced just how bad it can be. In this instance, I guess these rings are just kind of like blingy jewelry, but that's not what I like about them.

Excellent Quality
Quality products like this are hard to find these days. Based on the reviews, I was expecting the quality would be decent, but when I received the product, it far exceeded my expectations. The quality, fit and finish are SUPERB!!I installed this on my Carvin custom guitar.I would highly recommend this!!

Nice, shiny, real metal, with a few drawbacks
Nice, real plated cast metal for a few dollars! Same price as the plastic ones at GC. Some drawbacks, however. You should look the covers over closely for burrs that may need to be filed down a bit. Also, one ring was slightly warped, but it flattened out fine when screwed into place (into the underlying wood). Also, they are a bit small, I had to file a bit to get my covered Gibson humbucker to fit. Should be no issue with uncovered 'buckers. Still, for the price, I was happy.
