The turkey was moist and tasted great. We had two turkeys for Thanksgiving, one with the Turkey Bath and the other an herb roasted one. With 13 people around the table the Turkey Bath platter was empty long before the herb roasted got to the half way point. This is the second year for the Turkey Bath and it won't be the last by a long shot. Great product!
