We love this brine and buy it every year for Thanksgiving! It’s made of quality ingredients, smells amazing, makes brining your turkey easy and flavorful, and the jar is large enough that you can brine a LARGE turkey with just this one jar, so there is value in that!

I've used this particular brine for YEARS and EVERY YEAR it come through...the FLAVOR of the turkey ...and then the GRAVEY is AMAZING. And don't forget to make turkey soup from the deboned turkey. The brine's flavor makes the soup EXTRA AWESOME...to use as "turkey soup"...OR as a base for another favorite winter soup. LOVE this brine!!!!!

This is my favorite turkey spice! Simply sprinkle generously on the top of the turkey, inject the turkey with some butter and apple cider, cook in a bag to finish! You’ll never serve a bad turkey!!!

Directions for use are simple, and I love the flavor of my turkey. I'll never serve another turkey without this brine.

I’ve been using this brine for at least 5 years. I made Alton Brown’s previously. This is so good. So easy. Turkey is so tasty and the carcass makes a most flavor filled stock.

Best flavor turkey brine I've ever had. It does contain a lot of warming spices but we liked that. Also arrived way before it said it would.

I would love to have written a good review on this product but the package came smashed to bits and of course there is a no return or refund possiblity. I didn't realize it was broken until I unwrapped the bubblewrap and a glass shard slid into my thumb as I was preparing to brine the turkey. ouch. It smelled delicious.
