I love it when an entrepreneur comes along with an innovation that makes my life easier, and this is precisely what Will and his team have done.Here is his e-mail if you want more information: [email protected]:I did not know Will or his company before buying. The folding nature of this portable garage caught my attention on Amazon, and the price was reasonable. I had been Google-searching for a portable garage for months before I found this intriguing option. I e-mailed with the actual designer/manufacturer, Will Zhao, a number of times before deciding to give this a try, and I am really glad I did! This is the easiest car cover to use that I could find and I was impressed with how quickly he replied and how attentive and honest he was during our communications.PROS:Easy to use, high quality durable materials, reasonable price, excellent value & sellers are very helpful. I now drive my car straight in, get out and with one hand lift the closest steel bar and pull it up and the whole cover follows to completely cover the car. It is as simple as that. When I want to drive again, I go to the rear of my car, pull up on a convenient handle strap until the steel bar is easy to hold (I could bend over and grab it while on the ground - but I am 72 with a bad back so don't do it this way) and push the metal bar up and over my car - the leverage mechanism does almost all the work. It is really that simple.CONS:(Will said he has fixed the following issues so the following are no longer CONS):1) Old Instructions: While the design is ingenious, I initially had a hard time with the assembly because the instructions were not clear. HOWEVER, Will e-mailed with me numerous times to help me figure it out - and I am glad I stuck it out. I encouraged him to create clearer instructions with more pictures of the entire assembly process and he has assured me that he has done this. He also said he was creating / has created a video showing the assembly process, which I encouraged him to do.2) After assembly, some of the Velcro fasteners used to afix the cover material to the steel skeleton came undone. I e-mailed Will and he thanked me for suggesting the use of more grommets & zip ties, and these have been added to further support the velcro holding the cover to the steel skeleton.Finally: My only wish for the future is that I want them to make a larger size for my full-size car!

I can only review the concept and the owner. I loved the idea and it seemed like it would be perfect for my needs, unfortunately for me the property owner would not let me use it. However, Will, the owner was amazing and responsive. He helped me return the item and was prompt and helpful in every response and exchange that we had. I imagine that if I could use it and had a problem installing or putting together Will would have been there every step of the way to help. Even though I couldn't use it, I highly recommend both the product and Will the owner.

Worst assembly instruction I have ever seen. Trying to assemble for five days, far from complete. Hard ware cheep. Going to complete and see how it works. Came close twice to sending it to the curb. Save your sanity don't go cheep it never pays.

The product itself is fine. It is what you expect. The one star rating is because the company/seller totally SUCKS. Countless delay tactics designed and intended to rip you off and steal your money. Do not buy anything from this company/seller. In my personal experience, they company/seller will obfuscate, delay, and NOT care.

Great! I mean pricey....but my cat no longsr has access to our corvette! Worth it!
