easy to us, but finding a good app for it is a task....

Poor functionality
Kind of the right idea. But poor design and fuction..hard case plug for ipad connection, should be coil wired..lose connection when scrolling on ipad..funky set up for tablet holder..do not buy..could not get it to fuction at all..

Didn't work for me
I had high hopes but it really wasn't usable for me. I will stick with the stethoscope for now. Great product idea but china screwed it up. I would pay more for a more refined product.

A very nice tool to have.my costumer was amazed when he saw i used it on his abnormal noise complain underneath his car.with less than 30 mins of roadtest i have pin point what causes the noise without a doubt.

Just about the worst purchase I've ever made on Amazon
Just about the worst purchase I've ever made on Amazon. For starters, I received a used product, and after trying to use it, I understand why. It won't work with my Nexus 5, which is listed as a supported device. Recognizes bluetooth clamp just fine, connects to the channel, but Always shows 0dB. I've tried many other android devices with the same results. The other devices haven't been updated in a very long time, so keep your ancient devices and maybe you'll get lucky. I called tech support, he said they were working with android 4.1, my device was on 6.0 at the time, and now android is on 7.0+. He asked me to wait until Jan 16 for some updates, well here we are 11 months after that and no update. Their alternative was to use the windows version. So I went and bought a windows laptop, installed the software, and it is the most unreliable software I have had the pleasure to use. Sometimes you might get output from the device, but it drops or picks up interference, much like the old wireless Chassisears. Just not nearly enough to use for diagnosis. The nice thing is I only flushed $250 down the toilet on this, it could have been much worse.
