Wireless earbuds

Wish I could give it 10 stars.
Comexion Customer Service: second to none.I purchased one of their ear pieces with the ear loop and had questions. I wound up having multiple interactions via email and time after time I received the most outstanding service with clear guidance and much patience. I love that ear piece, BTW, I’m just not tech savvy. But because of their stellar service, I decided I would try these earbuds. New questions, same stellar service. This is the kind of company that sets the bar.My PurposeI got them for long drives - part of my job. Easier to hear the audio on the map app and/or hands free calls to dispatch. Because trips can exceed 8 hours, length of usability and comfort make a difference. For me, music or podcasts are a bonus. I transport people and may need to talk to them during drives but music & audio sound so good in these earbuds that I find myself wanting to use them that way.SoundCrystal clear and full range so you could pick out the instrument you want to focus on if you want. The volume can go from faint to almost painfully loud. Phone call sound quality is as good as the music audio, unless the caller’s technology isn’t good. The outgoing voice quality Is better than my phone. (Without aide, calls from my basement are often garbled in both directions. I’d been using wired earbuds ’til I found Comexion). I’ve already gotten a comment on the high quality sound from a caller I talked with from the basement.FunctionalityThere’s only one “button” for all functions. It’s not really a button, just an area where you tap or hold for different results. It’s the broad, round area. You can’t miss it. Easy volume control or pause, FFWD, REV, answer call, hang up.PairingAutomatically pairs right and left when you put them in your ears. You’ll need to tap W1 in your Bluetooth settings the first time. Afterward, they’ll just pair.Use one ear at a time: The right will pair automatically, even when leaving the left earbud in the case. The left will pair individually with this simple process: Put the left one in your ear. You’ll hear it say “Power On”. Tap on the function button twice. You’ll hear “Pairing”. In Bluetooth settings, W1 will appear a second time. Tap the second one. You’ll hear “Connected”.Using one earbud at a time will allow the other to charge for continuous rotation.FitThese are light weight. I do feel them but only that they’re there. With no ear loop there’s no competition for over-the-ear space if you wear glasses. S,M,& L fittings come for better fit. I’m M Left, L Right. Any of the fittings work but they stay in better with the right fitting. The largest fitting that works in each ear will provide the clearest audio and also serves as a natural ambient sound reducer, something to know. Even so, if I shake my head really hard, the right one can come out but the left stays put. That’s a very hard head shake, not something I’d ever expect to happen.ChargingThere’s no off switch so if they’re out of the case, they’re on. Note: with one earbud charging at a time (see Pairing above), apparently you could listen talk for @28 hrs or more without stop before the case would need to charge. That’s HUGE.If they’re in your ears but you don’t actually use them for calls or audio, they’ll enter Standby mode and barely use any charge at all. Return them to the case and they automatically charge back to full, then stop charging. They’re always at full charge when you get them out unless you’ve used all (@28 hrs) charge available from the case. The case charges to Full in about 2 hours.Case2 3/8 x 1 7/8 x 1 1/2 inches. All corners are rounded and the case is smooth. I have it in a pouch, so I don’t drop or loose it. It closes magnetically so it stays shut well and the charging port is in the middle of the front. I’d love the case to be rubberized and have a cord loop, but for me the pouch handles all that. Not much to complain about. I keep them in a cargo pants pocket when I'm out. You'll need to figure out what works for you on this front.DurabilityI haven't gone down this road so I can't speak to this yet. Only that the waterproofing is intended for heavy sweat and light rain exposure. They do appear to be fully sealed so I trust them for that. This will be my go to ear device for the foreseeable future. For studio quality you'll need to spend many times more than this price point, otherwise for high functionality, ease, and great sound, you found a winner.

Surprised!
I thought I had already posted a review but now I can't find it - so excuse me if I have posted twice. The system that I use to see if there are fake reviews is to first weed out all of the reviews NOT verified by Amazon. Then I go to the reviewer's page to see how many reviews they have done - to determine the legitimacy of the reviews. When I first saw this product I used my system and it appeared to be a scam; after all, just about every review was 5* and even though most were Amazon Verified - when I looked at all of the individual reviews - probably 95% of the reviews were first-time reviews. I said to myself that this has to be a scam - 95% of the reviews were 5* and first time reviews. But I went ahead and ordered them - figuring that for $40 - it wasn't much to lose. The instructions are horrible (typical Chinese being translated into English) - but they are simple enough to use. The sound is not bad - not great but not awful. I have no idea how long the battery will last - so this will be trial and error. All in all, I am still convinced many of the reviews are fake - but even with that I am sort of satisfied. Since they are warranted for a year - if these turn out to be crap I will go back to Amazon and request a refund.OK - review addendum: I have now had these for about a month. While the jury is still out - I have begun having problems: yesterday while at the gym - the sound would be weak in one ear and then a second later the sound would go to the other ear. It flip-flop like this until I removed them. Thinking something might be wrong with the WiFi in the gym - I came home and tested them out and the same thing happened. I'll make a further report later this week.

Impeccable sound quality and craftsmanship. No dedicated on/off is an Achilles heel. 4 of 5 stars!
Now that I’ve had these headphones for a few months. I can give a deatailed and fully honest review. Overall, I would definitely say these headphones are amazing. They are built like sleek, tiny tanks and the battery life is very good. I also have problems finding headphones that fit properly and these are very snug and comfortable. I basically like to fall asleep listening to music or meditation audio. The noise canceling on them is excellent to a fault. Do be careful when using them while walking outdoors as they can block out almost everything at low volumes... at high volumes, you won’t hear anything outside of your head at all and it and it can lead to a dangerous situation if you’re not vigilant of your surroundings. With that being said, the actual audio quality is pristine with beautiful bass and super clean highs and mids. I also love the fact that they are very small and basically almost fully disappear out of sight when you have them on. I don’t know how people feel so cool walking around with straws hanging out of their ears with the waaayyyy overpriced apple airpods. My brother owns the AirPods and we were on a flight watching a movie on my and we were each wearing one of these phones. He got up to use the restroom way in the back of the airplane and he said he could still hear the movie perfectly! The range on these headphones are amazing. I have a large condo and I can leave my phone anywhere in the house and enjoy my music perfect while walking around where ever in my home. The control sensors on them work perfectly and are very useful. From raising and lowering volumes to skipping to the song before and after to picking up and hanging up on phone calls... they do it all. From what many people have told me through our phone conversations, the microphone clarity is perfect. They pair perfectly and quickly to my iPhone X Max, my wife’s android and my MacBook Pro. So with all these great things I’ve said about these headphones, they do have one Achilles heel... they only way to turn them off is to stick them back in the case and if they go into sleep-mode from nothing being played, they ONLY way to get them to pair back up with your phone is to basically stick them in their case and re-pair them with your phone. I can’t tell you how annoying that can be if you’re walking your dog in a park and run into someone and talk to them for a while. You need to have your case with you to use them again. I wish they had a way to be shut off and on through the actual buds! It can be so annoying that it can almost knock my 5 rating down to a 3... but they’re too good so I’m giving them a 4. If they had their own dedicated way of being turned off and on, they would have a resounding 5 stars from me.
