I couldn't believe that a HOOK was so expensive, but I really couldn't find a better one, and lo and behold, this product is actually surprisingly deluxe. Yeah, it's just a bent piece of metal, but it does its job really well!

I needed something to hold my purse under my desk. This was exactly what I needed. Metal and no plastic. Stable and can hold works weight well. The price could be a little lower but I'm happy with my purchase.

Love this desk hook, it is well made, easy to change direction of the hook (it comes facing in) and looks great. I hang my work bag from it which usually has my laptop, and a bunch of other stuff which makes it a bit heavy. This hook takes it all. The clamp is strong and I have zero worry of it coming off.

Very sturdy. You could use this to hang a lot more than a pair of headphones, try a fully loaded backpack (if your desktop is sturdy enough). The channel at the bottom was not wide enough for the pair of headphones I was going to hang there, but they have an exceptionally wide headband so I wouldn't expect that to be the case for most people; I ended up using a pair with a thinner headband at my desk anyway, so it worked out.For those interested, the headphones that were too wide are the Meze Empyreans. I ended up using the Sennheiser HD 660S's at my desk instead, partly because Empyreans are a lot of headphone for simple day-to-day computer and entertainment.

I've bought three of these now. One for myself and my partner, each to hold our bags at our desks, and one to corral the octopus of various chargers we keep at the kitchen table. (It's totally overkill for holding some coiled cables, but I knew it would work for the purpose. I assembled it sort of backwards, so the hook is hidden under the table with the opening facing beneath the table. Because the table is in a high-traffic part of our house, it eliminates the risk of colliding with it or snagging things on it.) Each one is well-made, effortless to assemble and install, and holds whatever I've thrown at it, from just a pair of headphones to a fully-laden backpack. Frankly, my desk will probably tip over before I can manage to overload this thing. Reasonably-priced, well-made, does what it's meant to without complaint--the magical trifecta of qualities I want in a product.

I bought this to use as a way to store headphones, but was originally hesitant about it because I did not know I how well it was made. I like items like this to be made from metal, not plastic.But as it turns out it was all metal. I am VERY pleased with how it’s made, and it is a solid design. I’m a mechanical engineer and it’s good to find that there are a few items out there made out of metal instead of all plastic.Good job on the design. I attached it to an Uplift Desk to hold my work bag under the desk. Works great!
