It just works!
The Wyze camera with this silicone case installed has worked perfectly through driving rain, freezing rain, snow, and -5 Deg F temperatures. Even the motors kept working fine. Total time outdoors so far 3 weeks. (Yes, we've had all that weather in such a short time.) The night vision works great until you point the camera all the way up or down, at which time there's a slight haze from reflection off the black silicone - but not enough to preclude using it. A suggestion for users and for the manufacturer: When the cover is installed as it was designed, a small amount of the cover wraps around the bottom of the camera - ostensibly to keep it secure. However, some mini-USB cable connectors, including those on the 30' cables I bought when I bought the silicone covers, are just thick enough that when the camera pans, they rub against the aforementioned little flap of the silicone cover that wraps around the bottom. The fix is simple - just pull the cover up slightly (a couple mm) so the flaps don't wrap around the bottom. It does not appear to affect the performance of the cover and the camera pans without binding. Since I've only had 3 weeks to evaluate, I will post an updated review later after the cameras and covers have been outside longer. Oh yes, the installation of the covers takes less time than it takes to open the package. One final suggestion for the manufacturer. A wind-blown rain could possibly get through the holes in the back of the camera. I suggest changing the mold to make tiny louvers pointing down over the holes in the back. Wouldn't take much additional material and would keep any horizontal rain from blowing through the holes. So far, I would buy again. We'll see how well they work after a couple months.

Updated 5/2019 - Bombogenesis and yes it did,..
5/2019 - this past March our 'bombogenesis' storm hit. we had winds near 70mph, blowing rain, blowing slush, snow and the cover protected the wyze cam throughout. the only thing it didn't do, couldn't do was to protect the cam lens from getting pasted over from time to time you can't cover everything. this cover fully protected my wyze cam period! The cover is constructed from a nice grade of silicone material. it fits the wyze cam pan perfectly. it was a simple matter to slide it on and be done. the cut outs for the cams ports are all line up exactly where they should be. it also comes with a pivot style mount as well as all the screws you'd ever need and then some. after you have the skin on the cam, then you screw the base on the cam. with that done coupled with the the wyze cam pan capabilities you can aim it precisely wherever you so desire.last the cover is done very well. even under a heavy thunderstorm i can't envision any water getting past this protective barrier. a well designed, simple and effective means to use the wyze cam outdoors. i would recommend this product without hesitation.

Decent for the price.
I bought 4 of these cameras about 3 months ago, and so far I really like them. My only complaint is that I keep having to buy new memory cards because after clearing them to make new space for recording, they suddenly brick and are unusable. It’s pretty frustrating and I’ve reached out to the company but haven’t heard a response. I’ve watched blogs and read tutorials trying to figure out how to fix this issue, but no luck. Being that these are so cheap, I’m not really that mad. I just keep using them to check on my dog and kids when I’m not home.

Works great to protect the Wyze pan cam
This fits great over the wyze pan, it seems to help protect it a little. We have this on our porch, the porch has a roof cover so this wont get affected by rain, just the cold. Hopefully the camera survives a couple of cold winters. The cover itself hides the camera a bit also, since its black, another nice feature. For the price, great product.

Look at the Wyze closely will this seal it better then it already is?
It does everything it said it would do. Fits well etc.. Have no complaints about the product itself but the concept of the value of a cover is questionable. Looking at the camera, it already is pretty well sealed where this thing covers and this doesn't really seal any of the primary places that are exposed like the lens area, the back vents and the bottom. It does seal the USB connector in back with a small flap that plugs in. It reduces the amount of area exposed in the vent area. I was thinking of returning it, but decided to keep it for now... But I really don’t think it or any of these kinds of cases adds much value that some silicone seal and weather proof tape couldn’t do better. I am keeping it mostly because of the color. I would say take a close look at your camera ask yourself will putting a cover over it really add that much to sealing it? The small bracket might be useful as well.

The connection is not long enough.
We have two one in the kitchen and another in my kids room , it’s great.

Camera works great, but internet connection won't be so easy
I ordered several of these, some for outdoor use. The camera and support was great, was able to get the app downloaded and get the camera's onto the app. But the nature of security cameras is that you need some outside, but it is difficult to get a wifi signal to penetrate the wall at the front of the garage. Is not a wyze problem, but still don't know how I will solve this without a very expensive set of extenders. The low cost plug in extenders did not work,

Works well but could be better in a few areas
The cover is quite sturdy and fits very well and appears to be well made. The mounting hardware while easy to use, seems a little on the flimsy side. The plastic arm could be stronger. One problem I noticed is when mounting against a horizontal surface the space for the power cord is a little tight if you want the cord hidden behind the camera. Would be 5 stars except for these minor issues.
