Item was on time and as described. Now, the first two days I could not get it to levitate. The directions say to try for only 5 minutes and let the base cool down. The base will get hot if you are unsuccessful at getting it into the levitation spot. A video I saw said it will not levitate if the base is hot. In other reviews I read they mentioned the base making weird noises. If you come down on the base gently with the globe vertically aligned with the point on the base, you will hear that weird noise, and the globe will begin to light up. This is where the sweet spot is located. I thought is said something about being able to turn the light on and off but it just stays on.

I don’t care how many reviews here say it just takes practice, I returned this and even got a second one...worked on both for over a week...it is just simply too imbalanced to ever actually float

It was a little tricky tk get the globe rotation going but great gift otherwise

Works well- very happy with it. Most all of these are super expensive. Great for tear down and DIY too!

It doesn't lavitate on the base. Every effort has been made, over several days, to find the spot on the base where it can stay and lavitate.

It's tricky to center, but once it's done it looks really, really cool

It wasnt the easiest to balance at 1st but you get the hang of it sooner than later. But it stopped working on me after 3 months, made weird noises it wouldn't balance the globe anymore. Thats too bad cuz i really liked it

You have to be very patient to make it centered
