I've purchased two of theses for our parents who are in their late 70's. Actually overkill for their basic web browsing and online solitaire/mahjong playing. Let's face it, they click on everything that pops up. Got sick of rebuilding/de-virusing their older computers (Yes, I install Bit Defender Free on them). If I have to buy one of these every couple of years, it's money well spent. Everything was as described. You do have to follow the instructions to validate/register Windows. There is a paper in the box explaining the process. You do not receive any system discs. You'll want to have or buy a 32GB min. thumb drive around to create a system backup. Instructions for the process are on the desktop when you start the computer.

Using this as a Blue Iris server for my home, it handles 6+ cameras quite well. I would imagine this would be a good choice for anyone who wants a basic computer for word processing, net surfing, that sort of thing. No good for games unless you're a big fan of Solitaire. Definitely worth a look.

I ordered the HP EliteDesk with the 256 GB SSD to replace an old PC that could hardly run Windows 10. I not only wanted better performance with Windows 10, but also much faster turn on and turn off time. I got it all with the HP EliteDesk. The only negative I can think of is the supplied keyboard and mouse appear to be the very bottom of the line. Although they work, I would not want to use them and opted for the ones from my old PC. However, I still consider this PC to be a very good value.

This is a very zippy little PC for business use (not a gaming machine). Given its specs it has just the right ingredients to be your every day PC for Office and Web use. I deployed a bunch of these at my clients' branches and no complaints so far. Just make sure you get the ones with SSD drives, makes a world of difference compared to older hard drives.

Gray for anyone that wants Windows 10 and fast. I am not an expert but great for my son for being his first Windows 10 home computer were he mostly plays Roblox. Out of the box Windows 10 was already activated making it even better.

I needed a system to install Scientific Linux 7.6 for a specific tool and this system fit the bill perfectly. It's smaller than a standard desktop and is quiet.

This does everything I want it to do and more. I can run multiple large programs (Photoshop, etc) and still stream videos in the background. 10/10
